The hotel is sandwiched between a block of double storey shops. Location is right smack in the shopping area. However, the front is rather small and if you are driving, parking may be a problem, especially when the occupancy is full. The rooms, most of them do not have external view. Thought it has a window. But when draw the... More

The room was clean but a bit old. Front desk not so friendly but the bellman was very friendly. No room services. Mineral water in minibar is charged for 25bhat. Nonsense. And the best part is i found half dead cockroach in bathroom. Just ok to stay for sleep 1or 2 say only. Price is bit expensive for a room... More

Second time staying in this hotel. The room is considered to be reasonably clean. They have free coffee and tea in the morning at the lobby area. One particular bell boy keep asking whether you want massage services. Quite annoying. Safe parking.

The hotel was very clean and comfy. Good shower and a good location. They do keep your passport which was ok for me as I was only staying for 1 night but not ideal if you stay for longer. They should change that policy. The night staff was ok but the ladies in the front desk in the morning were... More

We stayed in this hotel in a big group and occupied about 8 twin/ double rooms of theirs. Basically we were satisfied with this hotel, except the following: 1) The room was clean but the bathroom was smelly. Complaint was made at the front desk and the smell was gone after the staff did the necessary. However, the smell was... More

Near to shopping complex, cinema and easy to get taxi from this hotel. Also easy to buy muslim food, 7 eleven near this hotel. My concern was they took my passport once we check into this hotel. I am very curious about this. If you have another choice of hotel in hatyai does not take your passport once you check... More
