The hotel situated at Hat Yai city center and adjacent to Lee Gardens Plaza Hotel. This hotel also situated near to all the food street hawkers and souvenir shops nearby. Other than that you could find money changer and travel agents nearby just outside the hotel main road. In house massage parlour which is situated at level 3 in the... More

There were 4 staff at reception and only 1 customer ahead of us. We were invisible until 20 minutes later, when we were finally attended to. Even the assistant front office manager couldn't see us, guess our invisibility cloak worked that day. Room service menu was extensive and reasonably priced. Be willing to wait at least 30 minutes even if... More

Spend one night in Hatyai before heading home to Singapore. Been to Hatyai before so wanted a place near city centre. Surprising found this place with perfect location and affordable. Clean room and huge space. Highly recommend this place. No regrets.

Located close to the railways station and shops. The room was large, clean and had all that a traveler needed, complimentary bottle water and coffee. Mini fridge, hairdryer, flat screen TV with a lot of local and a few international channels. Bathroom spotless and with clean towels that smelt nice. Only minus was the water pressure was a little on... More

I was referred to this hotel by a local business friend and had my doubts at the beginning while searching for it online. But in retrospect, those who have frequented Thailand will know that sub-standard online marketing does not equate to bad service and facilities in Thailand. This hotel without much online presence is a gem for its price and... More

Always go to Hatyai with my whole family including my grandparents and cousins since kindergarten and this is the first time we stayed in this hotel. Usually we stay at Mayflower but its getting old and the location of this hotel is better. It's right next to Lee Garden Hotel and opposite Central Shopping Centre. 5 star location!!! They renovated... More

Been here back in December 2014. Room is comfortable, air conditioning is proper and within walking distance to all attractions in Hat Yai city centre itself. Great value economically. From here you can basically walk to the nearest travel agency, money changer, 7 Eleven and Halal food (it's just across the road from this hotel) FYI, this hotel provides the... More

The real name of this hotel is Pink Lady Hotel. Why? Because the serve lady is wearing pink. They have the pink girl show on stage every night, and also pink ladies to be choose by you. The room is well prepared with basic necessities But they lack of hot water (except the hot water in the bathroom). If you... More
