This hotel is located little far from the old city action, but it is very near by the Central Mall, and also the Makro where we do our snack and tit bit refilling and buy in bulk when returning home... cheap and fun shopping leisure for my kids
The hotel it a building by it self, the room itself is fairly size, clean maintain and overall I am satisfied with it room and hotel condition since all i need is just a bed, clean and safe environment for my family. This hotel is up to my expectation.
There is ample of booking across the street.

Directly opposite the Central Festival approx 500 metres down the road Hotel is OK. Rooms spotlessly clean. Excellent job Reception team very friendly Restaurant breakfast is adequate; same every day and limited choice. Rooms are not sound proofed at all so expect loud noise from banging doors from other rooms. SHA certified but not really following the standards but the cleanliness makes up for it. Curtain are NOT blackout at all so you will need eye masks if you are sensitive to light at nighttime as lights from the main street (plus the traffic noise) can affect ones sleep. PS NO SAFETY DEPOSIT BOXES ARE PROVIDED AT THIS HOTEL EITHER IN THE ROOMS OR AT RECEPTION

Clean, new and nice hotel to stay. Next to Major and opposite to Central Festival. You need to walk a bit to reach Central at the opposite of the main road but there is a pedestrian bridge. Hotel is far from Lee Gardens but convenient to go to the main road leading to Malaysian border. Save a lot of time as we do not need to navigate the traffic to go out to the main road to the Sadao border. The cons about the hotels are the limited small tiny bottles of amenities which are barely enough for one shower. So, bring your own. The key card was locked before check out time. Was a hassle as we have to go to the lobby to get it unlocked again. This is annoying as it is not check out time , and the hotel should not do that. There were some old shoe box left by the previous person not thrown out. Otherwise, not bad for the price .

only advantage is close (5mins walk) to Central festival or 12mins to Asean Night market(not my liking). Room is clean but extremely poor sound proof. No shower curtain in bathroom, everywhere in the toilet get wet including lavatory n toilet paper after taking the shower. Stayed 3nights ans hotel provises 10ml shampoo and bath gel for 2 ppl! This is unblievably cheap! The little box for inserting key for electrity keeps blinking all night and it is quite dangerous. The panel in the lift shows wrong floor and they just hided it instead of fixing the defecta. I do not recommend this hotel.

Stayed at The Smart Hotel in Hatyai, Thailand recently and would say it is a clean and comfortable hotel. Bed is comfortable, nice working desk with complimentary wifi.
Parking is ample with some lots at the hotel building, and a lot of secured parking right across a quiet street.
Buffet breakfast is available (but not if there are too low an occupancy - it will be changed to an ala-carte breakfast).
The location of the hotel is very close to Central Festival and Makro, as well as the two famous night market - ASEAN and Greenway Night Market.
For the price of about 1000 baht per night it is a pretty buy.

New hotel with medium price, very comfortable room and facilities especially hotel's bed(very soft and comfortable). Located near Macro and opposite Central festival. I think with this price and quality this new hotel is correct choice for me.

It is a basic hotel that is clean and comfortable. It is not near to the town center but if you have transportation, it will be alright. I like area outside the reception (near the indoor parking). It has 2 round tables with about 6-8 chairs and a double sofa chair for guests to sit around in the night for drinks and fellowship. It is very airy too.

Nice place , good price. Friendly staff. Modern and cozy rooms. Low prices in a restaurant and tasty. It very convenient that the restaurant is open until midnight. And also good location. I recommend this place.

We chose this hotel due to it is close to the festive Central Plaza and the night market from google map, but actually it is still quite a distance but we are driving so it is still okay. There is free shuttle bus service and at first we thought of taking it to the shopping mall but late arrival, in the we drove and actually the jam in Hatyai is not that bad and we still manage to find carpark lots in shopping mall and night market as well. The hotel is quite new from the interior and exterior, when we checked in our shower hose is leaking, the people rectified it very fast. The bathroom is a bit small and there is no curtain, so toilet tend to get very wet after shower. The bed is soft and overall condition is clean with satelite tv, wifi speed is average. parking lots at the ground floor of the hotel is a bit cramp, prefer to park in the open air opposite the hotel but limited lots. Highly recommended, aircon is very cooling and strong.

This is a good hotel for u if ur looking for smtg affordable and is away slightly from the noise of the city.
Nearby is the huge Hatyai Central Festival shopping mall, and next road is Makro for shopping as well.
I stayed here 3 times so far, but I'm driving from Malaysia. It might be quite a hassle if u do not drive, but u can always arrange transport via Grab Car or just get the receptionist to call Tuk Tuk for u.
Costed THB 120 to Lee Garden Plaza area in the evening. Returning at night costed 150.
Parking is available, no worries.
Room is generally clean and provided with basic bathroom amenities. Washroom is basic, but clean.
Staff is quick to react to ur queries. And there is security Staffs as well so it's quite safe in a quiet area.

There's roof parking but very limited space. There's plenty outdoor parking in front of the hotel and at the sides.. it looks like it's exclusive to the guests.. there are guards at night so generally it's safe.. I'm not the hotel owner but just stayed there couple of times, so I can't answer u if u could just leave your car there several days while u are away
There are more places to choose from in the Hat Yai area.
