We travel a lot so we do not expect 5 star at Diamond Park Inn prices. However I thought that our price included breakfast but it did not it would have been 100 baht more each so after looking at the choice we decided to eat out. We asked for 2 extra pillows & were told 20 baht extra per... More

We paid 600 baht for an airconditioned double with attached bathroom. It was clean and worth spending a night in, but nothing to write home about. The laundry service charges by the item, so for that I'd recommend you go else where. Wifi is fast and service is friendly

Really rates average to good, but I'm giving it very good, as it's well located, inexpensive and well run. Costs B550 per night when I went, and with breakfast B700. Breakfast was typically average. My omlette was not good. Staff are sort of helpful but pretty quiet with foreigners. Very useful off-street parking. Bed comfortable, A/C good, TV for Thais... More

Stayed here in early May on an over night visit to Chiang Rai. Staff were uninterested, room was fairly clean and comfortable, location was not too bad with a short walk to the night markets and food. Overall an uninspiring hotel and nothing to write about.

Sister Hotel of the Spa-Hotel with the same name. Building not directly along street, what avoids noise of street traffic. Only 10 min. easy walk to provisional Bus Station No 1 (new building just under construction at same place) and about 15min walk to Clock Tower. Rooms clean with everything you need for a short stay. Breakfast basic French style... More

Although uninspiring and with little character this hotel is good value and situated close to the town centre. The rooms were of good size, clean and comfortable. If you are like us and just use a hotel as a night time base whilst exploring during the day, this is ideally located.

Concur with many of the reviews here - this is a simple of adequate hotel in a good location near the main drag. The rooms have air con (but no safe) and the hotel has its own restaurant and bar with wifi. The bathroom is more of a wet room with a step down which is a bit treacherous. Breakfast... More

My take on this hotel is that it is suitable for the single male traveler who is on a limited budget, but wants something more than a hostel. This place runs around $20 for a clean, quiet room though somewhat dark with inadequate lighting. Still, it is in a good location only a couple of blocks from the night market... More

Service: the staff try their best at English, passable but sufficient to communicate. We booked a local taxi (song taew) through the counter twice, they even helped us bargain a good price for it to different locations within the town, we left behind some things after we checked out and the cleaning staff chased out the hotel to return them...
