1. Poor guest room maintenance with lots of mold in bathroom 2. Unstable water pressure 3. Tons of dust at bathroom door 4. Too wide gap between floor and door, mosquitoes can fly through 5. Too dark room, there are only 4 sources of electric lights (bathroom, door, bed, lamp) The worst hotel for me in latest few years.

This hotel is centrally located. Clock Tower, Wat Phra Kaew, City Navel, Night Bazaar, Hill Tribe Museum and King Mengrai are all within walking distance (the farthest, King Mengrai monument is some 20-25 min walk). The rooms are spacious and facilities are in excellent condition. House cleaning do their job well. Front desk personnel though have limited English, but they...

Location is excellent. A walking distance to clocktower which you can find plentry of street food and light performance in evening. No breakfast is not an issue as there are a lot of restaurant around the clocktower. Hard to find parking space but the staff finally manage to find one for us.

This hotel advertises itself as Boutique on a Budget. It is a budget hotel but certainly not a boutique one. The front lobby is open and breezy. Check in staff were very young and disinterested. Nor were they very helpful, giving me an indecipherable photocopied map of the area when I asked for one. It is a close walk to...

I booked two rooms in this hotel for the 9th of September. I made a mistake and arrived on the 8th. At the reception desk they informed me that my booking was not for tonight, but for tomorrow night. I asked what they could do to help. They mentioned that they had 2 superior rooms available, which were more expensive....

Excellent value here with a spacious, modern room with all the trappings including aircon, wifi, cable tv, complimentary toiletries and water each day. Very professional and efficient staff and ample parking. Good location that is close to thai style shops and restaurants

It was spacious, very inexpensive and a bit worse for wear. On the bright side the AC was great, bed comfortable and space more than adequate. Sadly it doesn't seem to have been maintained well -- broken shower head, moldy caulk, a bit dirty in spots, chipped up here and there. No deal breakers, just not as nice as promoted....

We were looking for a hotel that was not in the 100$ + range, with AC and B2 fit the bill. After we settled in we noticed several pubic hairs and other hairs in our bed sheets as well as some unexplained liquid on the floor near the bed... We were offered another room by the very kind and professional...

Its not about new stuff but its about cleanliness. The AC works perfectly fine. Though, they have old towels but they change it everyday. It was a decent room we got. This hotel do not offer breakfast. No escalator. Nonetheless, I enjoyed my stay in this hotel for the staff were helpful and nice.
