I came for three nights and extended to another six. Peaceful with nice pool. Not too many guests in the off season and some nights had the whole place to myself. Nice saltwater pool. Restaurant only for breakfast which is the standard food anywhere. I have own transport but tuk tuk and taxi are very common. Forget about walking anywhere.... More

It is a very quiet resort though it needs a big upgrade. The restaurant was closed early wich was quite a bummer. The setting is really nice and the rooms are cosy. There are beautiful palm trees that give you are warm feeling. When you lay by the refreshing water you can here the birds.

I loved the peace and quiet of this place. It's a few kms away from the night plaza and centre but it's worth it for the tranquility. The rooms and spacious (we had a garden view bungalow) and have a balcony to sit and relax. The pool was 10 metres away and cooling. Breakfast was good and service was behind... More

The property is small and the staff caring and helpful. The suites include a sitting room, generous bedroom and outside sitting area. There is an attractive pool and a simple but tasty menu. This place is perfect if you have your own transport. The hotel will arrange a car and driver for day trips and a taxi to local attractions... More

We stayed for six nights. The room feels like a ski lodge and it's quite big. The breakfast is limited to mainly cereal (unless you like fried rice in the morning). The Pool is absolutely freezing. It feels as if they make it cold on purpose. We saw hardly anyone use it. They seem to have a problem with towels.... More

A nice and quiet place in a residential area. Approximately 2 km from city centre/night bazaar. It is about 80-100 baht Tuk Tuk ride to and from town. Reclining budha temple is nearby, Wat Pra Non. Pool is a plus for us.

We chose Baan Soontree for their competitive price, excellent reviews and attractive looking rooms. We were not disappointed!
