Very pleasant 4 night stay, the suite (336) was very quiet except on our last night (4th Jan) when someone close by decided to use the jacuzzi around midnight and were banging doors very loudly until around 02.00.
The suite was well appointed and comfortable but the shower rooms are both in need of updating.

The housekeeping staff are excellent.

Breakfast is very good and also a good variety of foods.
The dinner menu is a bit limited but it was good to get decent properly cooked vegetables and meats cooked to perfection. Generally the waiters are better than the waitresses!

The pool is good with several different areas for sitting but could do with more sunshades, particularly on the sandy beach section.

Reception staff are all very attentive and friendly.

I would recommend this hotel and would return.

We stayed at the Springfield Valley Golf and Spa resort in early Feb/23 for the mid-week stay and play package. Loved the hotel, the room (we had a deluxe room), the pool, the food (especially the breakfast), the golf course, the caddies (worth it) and the staff overall. Only negative thing was the quality of the golf rental clubs. For what was being charged ($1000TBH) I was very surprised to see that the clubs were basically whatever they had hanging around. If you come to play, keep your expectations down if you have to rent clubs or shoes. They didn’t have any shoes to fit my wife so she played in her sneakers, which was fine but we had read that golf shoes were mandatory. Overall though a great experience!

It’s our go to when in the Cha Am area.had one night in the deluxe jacuzzi room which is well appointed and comfortable. Then moved up to a Junior Suite and spent the next 4 nights enjoying drinks on the veranda with friends and lounging in the jacuzzi tub each night after playing golf on a beautiful course.
Had dinner two nights in the hotels restaurant, the staff attentive and the food was good. Breakfast was A La Carte 3 days, buffet z days and both had a good selection and quality.
The staff really make you feel welcome which is another reason we will be back .

Good vibes, beautiful room and good service ! First time visit here and would like to come back again for sure. There is many small local markets around such as fish market that you can buy fresh seafood and bring back to hotel. The staff is very nice and smell all the time🥰

This is my trip with my mom that I really want to impress her. However, breakfast in the morning made me disappointed as the staff there mess up my order with other guests which is only 2 table in that time. Me and my mom was waiting for half and hr for my order than the staff asked me what was I order then I asked if you loss my order? They said no then came back again asked me what was I order. I do understand that some mistakes can happen but please respect my time.

For other like facilities are good.

We booked at this hotel because my husband wanted to play golf and I wanted to go to the Spa.We booked for 7 days but checked out after 4 nights. We booked the WOW golf package which included green fees (one round per day) and 1 treatment at the Spa. When I got to the Spa I was told that I could only have massages (once per day) I explained I wanted to have facials, manicure etc. They said this was not included. I had a pedicure they charged me 550 Thai baht for a pedicure. It was the worst pedicure I have had. The foot massage that was included in the price (my 1 free treatment per day) was not very good at all. The spa booking book was empty and yet they make it so expensive that people dont want to go there.

Breakfast at the hotel was boring. The same thing everyday.

The hotel rooms were big we stayed in a Junior suite and had a Jacuzzi bath this was very nice and the air conditioning worked very well. The TV was really small and there were only 8 channels.

Internet was not included for 7 days the cost is THB1500 for one device.

Room service was quite good. But after the cleaning staff clean the rooms they leave the room service cutlery and crockery and extra food outside the rooms or next to the stairs FOR DAYS!!! This is smelly and disgusting!

Golf - They have 3 nine hole golf courses. My husband really enjoyed the golf and he said the lady caddies were very good too.

Please note that this hotel is FAR away from Hua Hin /Cha am. It takes 40mins by car to Hua Hin and is not accessible. If you want some night life do not choose this hotel.

Overall I will not be returning to this hotel.

It costed me around 100 australian dollars. The best is to contact hotel and they have local guys driving passengers to Bangkok airport and then coming back so you have a chance to get one of them to deliver you to hotel.

I went to Springfield Village Golf & Spa at starting of April 2015. The pool is clean and very large. There is a section where the slider is which is for children. The rest of the pool is deeper and more for adults but children can enjoy as well. As for the rock climbing facilities they have a rock climbing wall which is in good condition. They provide you with rock climbing safety equipment such as helmet, shoes and safety harness. The instructors who hold the rope when you climb are trained and very helpful. However you need to pay extra to go rock climbing and the cost is per a person per a climb. We found the cost of rock climbing to be a bit expensive especially if you have many people wanting to climb.
