We stayed at the Bhadari in March. I would recommend staying in a bungalow. The beach is about 100 metres away from the hotel and is lovely. We walked down it for about an hour or so each day, before stopping for some refreshments at the beach bar nearest to the hotel. The breakfast in the hotel is reasonable and is served from 6.30 till 10. The hotel is relatively more expensive for drinks and evening meals so we went into the strip for that sort of thing. It is just a short 10 minute walk away. Check out the reviews and take your pick. We are arp different places most nights and found the cheaper places just as good as the expensive one. We used Khao Lac Guru for days out...speak to them to see what they recommend during your visit.
