Fabulous rooms, beautiful, very well maintained grounds, excellent spa, lovely beach, excellent food & very lovely staff. Excellent service from pick up on arrival at Phuket airport to drop off at the end of the stay. Would go back tomorrow.
Very well looked after good service well placed in the thai enviroment but what I liked the most is the thai restaurant excellent food really exquisite a bit expensive as prices but it is worth at least once to try it
An amazing relaxing adventure that I enjoyed from start to finish, the Sarojin surpassed my expectations in every way and was an absolutely amazing experience. Our pool room was private, secluded and spacious - the perfect place to stretch out and enjoy a quiet day. Room service was fantastic also, and our room was absolutely spotless with a large bathroom and huge shower area. For those days when you do feel like venturing further, the relaxing pool, clean and efficient gym, and beautiful beach are close to hand, but my favourite experience had to be the day we spent snorkelling from the hotel’s own boat, the Lady Sarojin. Nearby areas of interest are also easily accessible via the hotel’s bikes or by taking a car or shuttle bus to the night market, etc. The hotel’s bars and restaurants are also great and adapt to your needs, whether sitting by the pool, by the beach in Edge, or dining in Ficus, staff, service and food were exceptional, all helped by the indulgence of having breakfast when you feel like it during the day! What really made the Sarojin for me was the staff - service was amazing and staff seemed to anticipate any service needs. All in all, this has to be one of the most relaxing and enjoyable stays I’ve had - I will absolutely be back!…
We had our 10year anniversary here. It was amazing and the all day breakfast was delicious and very filling (even if you could only order it once per day until 6pm). We had enjoyed the private pool, the hike ride, the waterfalls and even being scared half to death by a monitor lizard that jumped out of the stream and across the bridge and back into the stream. I think we unintentionally scared one another but all three of us have survived to tell the tale. Staff were also great, very helpful and very accommodating. Only thing is that the postcards we asked to be posted by staff never arrived in England and it's been a year since we went. Due to personal circumstances we never got around to leaving a review straight after our holiday. We would love to go back one day.
We visited the 2 hotels, 1 in Krabi and then the sarojin in koh lak. WOW did we save the best till last. I can't even put into works how amazing The Sarojin was. The room, the pool, the staff, the food, the excursions. This was everything I dreamed about. Thank you so much to the staff for making it so special. We will be back again when our child is old enough to stay
