Very nice hotel with beautiful grounds. The pool and beach area were beautiful and the whole area was very clean. Especially the rooms which were spotless. The breakfast was very good and we had lunch and dinner at the beach side restaurant and room service which were very good. The reason I give only 3 stars is because our room was a bungalow room which is 2 rooms together connected by an internal door. This would be great for a family but not so good when you only have one of the rooms. You can hear everything from next door. Also the room's wifi, aircon and "satellite" tv didn't work properly. The wifi would kick you out several times a day and you'd have to keep putting in the codes. The aircon was so noisy we couldn't sleep with it on. As for the tv, we called reception several times and admittedly a maintenance man was there within a few minutes but he fobbed us off and kept saying it's the satellite. We could only get a couple of channels without interference. The hotel guests are mainly from Germany, Denmark and France, and of a senior age. This hotel wouldn't be that good for families with small children. The pool did have a shallow area but it wasnt fenced off and led straight into the deeper section. The sea was also a bit choppy for children. This was a nice hotel but I wouldn't return because of the room issues

A very nice hotel, directly on the beach and close to the center. The hotel offers sunbeds by the beach and by the nice pool. A really good "thing" was a written message that was on each sunbed "that towels etc will be removed if you reserve it before 10am" THAT was really good! The breakfast leaves nothing to be desired, it was plentiful and fresh. The staff really accommodating and nice, the cleaning excellent. The silence and calm in the evenings was really nice.
The hotel manager walked around the hotel area every day and talked to the guests, great. This was our second visit to the hotel, the third will be next year.

We stayed at Baan Khaolak Beach Resort in February 2024, a nice little hotel in a super location. We had a great time, it was close to everything and the staff were fantastic, so happy and nice, always a smile and a question how are you when you meet someone of them. Good breakfast I think everyone will find something they like there, Sandy Beach a nice restaurant on the beach where we had lunch several times at an affordable price, the rooms were clean and everything worked to our satisfaction, WIFI worked well most of the time it was good a couple of times it disappeared, but you can live with that on holiday, so we would love to come again. We stayed three nights, and enjoyed our stay very much. Great beach, lovely breakfast good drinks and food, and a lovely big bed. The only drawback was the fact that the staff spoke very little English, which made communication difficult.

Stayed 14th -28th June. Place was lovely and the staff were amazing. Had our mum with us who had a mobility scooter which broke down a week in, the lovely Anne (manager) had her maintenance guys come and take a look but no joy so we borrowed a wheelchair to help her get around. Baan is a lovely small hotel and ideal for a couples getaway. It was quiet while we were there due to being out of season and had a few days of constant rain and not so friendly mozzie, lol. Town wasn't a long walk away lots of shops to pop into, and restaurants and bars along the way. If you want a local thai cafe just head toward the dream bar for a cocktail and right next door is a mini mart with a seating area, the chicken wings are to die for and amazing chicken pad thai. We will definitely be back to see Anne and her team, thank you for making our trip so special and again for the birthday cake and wine.

Lovely quiet hotel in a really good location. Set back from the main road, you have the benefit of the peace and quiet as well as access to the bars and restaurants not too far away. Rooms are lovely and quaint, and the customer service really good.

I stayed in a fantastic room ... ocean/beach villa. So as you can imagine, you can lie in bed and see the ocean and hear the waves. Great, big room. Awesome bathroom with giant tub, indoor shower, out door shower.
Nice pool, reasonably priced food at the restaurant. A nice and helpful staff
Very nice beach, and some awesome sunsets.
One improvement needed ... wifi! It is one code for each device and spent too much time connecting my devices. Their network needs to be updated.

Note : Our wheelchair superior is Superior room on ground floor and have 12 rooms from all of Superior room(24 rooms) for sure pls contact direct with email address as show in our website or inbox at our Facebook page.
