Wow! The resort is awesome. The layout of the rooms was fantastic. We had deluxe room with pool access. Highly recommend going for pool access but would upgrade to superior next time as it has sea view and closer to main pool and bar. Breakfast was great. A good range to choose from. Banana Roti were delicious. The resort is a 10 minute walk to some great restaurants. Massages are across the road. The staff were very accommodating, very friendly and went out of their way to help you. We would highly recommend La Flora and we will return.
Great value resort. We were a family of five and La Flora is a great place in a great location. The pool area is fantastic and overall a great stay. Can walk to heaps of local restaurants and the prices at the resort itself were very reasonable. Overall a great value stay.
Our family of 5 spent 8 nights at La Flora in 2 adjoining Deluxe Pool Access Rooms. What a beautiful resort. The rooms were large with comfortable beds, large tv and a very comfortable day bed in the window overlooking the pool. Each night staff provided a turndown service leaving little edible treats which was a lovely touch. All the staff were very helpful, friendly and always smiling. Breakfast - oh my, the choices and quality were outstanding and I am now forever addicted to banana roti with condensed milk! The view whilst enjoying the delicious buffet breakfast was just sublime. Meals at the restaurant were also quite good, we mainly had pizza's, chips ect for lunch that were reasonably priced and we also enjoyed a delicious 3 course meal as part of our package. The grounds and pools were all lovely and the beach area was kept very clean with no rubbish. We would recommend caution swimming in the ocean if you are not a strong swimmer or someone use to undertows as they were quite strong at this time of year. That being said, lifeguards were stationed at the beach. keeping an eye on people. The location was perfect - beachfront with shops just outside the hotel with many restaurants to choose from (Mali, Lucky's, Siam and Give Me Five to name a few) and the Bang Niang Market just down the road. For any Aussies visiting Khao Lak that like to use cash - the hotel were unable to exchange AUD and there was only 1 XE outside the hotel whose rates weren't too bad but not as good as Patong. The hotel also provided bicycles free of charge which was fantastic, we used them a few times to ride around the area and to Khuk Kak Beach and the Khao Lak Mini Golf. La Flora is a wonderful example of sustainable tourism - well done to all the staff on their efforts and for creating such a warm and welcoming environment for your guests.…

Had a really wonderful two week stay in August, in a two bedroom family room. The room was very spacious and clean. Perfect for two adults and two teenagers. Daily housekeeping was very good. The resort itself is lovely - wonderful swimming pools, great beachfront restaurant, easy walking distance to other restaurants and amenities. We also made use of the hotel spa and it was well worth it. The staff at La Flora were all very friendly and so helpful and polite. The only thing we did not really enjoy was the live music at the restaurant - a very talented singer but just a bit too loud for us. Don't let that put you off - we had a fabulous stay and would highly recommend La Flora!
One of the best hotel's I ever had been. Most friendly staff, always smiling, and always helpful. Nice poolside, and beach. Special thanks to the guest service manager Sopida She’s always smiling and being helpful. 😊🙏
Stayed there for 8 days there was an amazing service and the people are always super nice and helpful. Had a room right at the pool and my room got cleaned very nicely. Can only recommend going to the hotel La Flora
The hotel is gorgeous and staff here is among the most friendly and helpful I’ve ever experienced. I can recommend this place to everyone and encourage everyone to see it for yourself. But I’m most impressed by the helpfulness and friendliness of the staff, they deserve massive credit
We stayed at La Flora for 8 nights, in room 8112, ground floor, sea view, pool access. The kids pool was nearby, but, was not noisy at all. Pool was always clean and tranquil. Beautiful garden and views to ocean, beautiful room, enormous bed and so comfortable, sound proof, so could hear nothing from neighbours. So much choice at breakfast, catered for all and always good. Restaurant served excellent meals and happy hours at the bars each night, plus live music at weekends. Staff everywhere, to accommodate all of your needs,so lovely and friendly, a real credit to La Flora. Great location to bars, restaurants and night market. Perfect if you want a relaxing holiday. We have travelled throughout Thailand and La Flora was by far our favourite resort.
Not sure where to start….Amazing experience from the day we arrived in Thailand. The people are all very friendly and welcoming. Family of 4, first time we’ve been to Thailand and stopped in Dubai for 4 nights prior too. Upon arriving in Thailand 🇹🇭 our personal driver was there waiting for us to take us to La Flora. It’s around 1 and half hours to get from Phuket airport to La Flora. So the air con vehicle was a treat! We arrived at the reception and quickly checked in and was driven to our room with our cases (via little golf buggies, which was brilliant). Our room was incredible and had pool views. The rooms were very clean and were cleaned every single day (bedding, fresh water, teas and coffee etc). The rooms are modern and the bed size was huge (at least a king). We had conjoining rooms. We had a bathroom each so this was ideal too. The maids came around every night around 18:00 to offer fresh water bottles and some Thai treats. We had breakfast included which was buffet style and they cater for everyone, some amazing food on offer, bacon, eggs, omelette to make, cereal and fresh juice, toasts and much much more. The main pool is brilliant and is like an infinity pool looking straight out to the sea, the views on Sun rise and Sun set are worth waiting for. The beach was very choppy and we did go in a couple of times, but if you aren’t a strong swimmer it’s not worth the risk. No need to bring towels too as the hotel provide you all with fresh, clean towels every day for the beach / pool! So don’t bother and save the space in your cases. We booked a couple of local trips which were well worth it! The hotel had free pool and table tennis available. They have happy hours at different pools throughout every single day. 15:00 - 16:00, then 16:00 - 17:00 then 17:00 - 18:00! Also they have a happy hour at 21:00 - 22:30 every night. Drinks are not too expensive but compared to the local supermarket they are more, but that’s what you pay for around the pool I suppose, they’re also ice cold. We also received 4 free 1 hour massages with our booking onsite which were an experience! A little rougher than the ones in the UK but we still really enjoyed it! Wi-Fi is available in your rooms for free and all around the pool areas, so we didn’t spend a penny on phone calls, data usage etc and have 2 teenage kids! So tablets etc you’ll be fine! We even connected our laptop to the hotel TV easily to watch the Mighty Rotherham United! 🔴⚪️⚽️ All in all an amazing stay and we loved every single minute of it. Would 100% come back in the near future as the staff were all amazing! If you’d like to see more pics etc take a look on insta via travelwiththe_quinns…
