Fantastic experience staying here. Apple was very helpful with directions and made us feel very welcome! The room was large and clean and the restaurant downstairs served yummy food at very reasonable prices. Location is a 20-30 minute walk from the centre of Khao Lak where all the dive shops are located

I stayed here one night. The room was simple and clean, easy to find and with a view of the river. The receptionist was the sweetest woman I've met. She helped me book ticket for bangkok and all my stupid questions where happily answered with the biggest smile. They also serve tasty fresh food and drinks to reasonable prices!

We stayed almost 4 weeks at Riverside Guesthouse recently. We were in the cheap room, 350 Bhat a night. For the price, the place was wonderful. We were in the back so the street sounds did not bother the sleep. There was a small balcony where we could have our coffee and breakfast. The location was also good, close to...

We stayed a couple of days at Riverside Guesthouse this november. We booked the cheapest room (350 Bhat) and for the price, we had a more than decent room. It was at the back of the building, so we had a view of the small river and the noise from the cabaret was not too much. And the wifi was...

A really nice spot for a relaxing vacation. Not a lot of people staying there while I was there, but it looked to have an active backpacker clientèle during the high season. Really good prices for clean rooms. Lockers in the rooms for your valuables, but no lock on the dorm room door. Still felt safe as staff were always...

No breakfast (no need at all) smell from the restaurant near by. Pictures on website does not show real room. Sorry No go even if you are totally drunk. Not worth the money. Whole...

I stayed at Riverside prior to going diving on a liveaboard out of Khao Lak. A friend and I stayed in a double room with airco and it was perfect. Apple the owner was so nice and helpfull, organising our washing, ordering taxis and even held onto our stuff while we went off for a week in the Similan Islands....

My partner and I had a lovely stay in Riverside guesthouse. Our room was in the garden looking at the river and had a little balcony. The room itself was basic but clean and cosy with unsuited bathroom. The best thing about the guesthouse was Apple (the owner) and her family. They were lovely! Apple was very kind. She was...

This place is great. There is something for everyone. 350 baht a night will get you a basic fan bungalow, 500 will get you a nice inside room, and 600 is a plush room with a balcony overlooking the nearby river. Quite a luxury at what seems a very decent price to me, some of the other places are very...

I stayed in this guesthouse couple of times and I recommend it to low-end customer. If you are young and doesn't really care about the place where you sleep just because there is thousands other and better things to do - book Riverside. I have couple of reasons - the location is perfect, because is not in the crowded Khao...
