My wife and I and 2 daughters (13 and 17) stayed here over xmas,we very much enjoyed our stay and found the staff were very friendly and the rooms were well serviced and well appointed for the price. There is a fabulous restaurant across the road from the resort and a great pizza place in town also.will certainly stay there... More

Very nice place if you don't want to stay in a luxury and expensive resort. Good bungalow and breakfast at the beach. Free beds on the beach and the children love the sea. Unfortunately the town is full with tourists and prices are 1.5 higher as standard in Thailand. You don't see the normal Thai people. But for a beach... More

Simple, but cute, bungalows in a lovely garden setting, the surroundings are great, nice to relax on the porch. The beach was not that great, but we just came from Koh Lipe, so that is not a fair comparison. It's quiet and laid-back, super friendly front desk staff. The restaurant was okay for breakfast

Just speaking about the restaurant here. Was not impressed with service. No smiles, no welcome from staff. Food was ok, nothing special but not bad to be fair. And quite cheap. Setting is ok but there are nicer views nearby. Overall unsatisfying experience. No thank you from staff or see you again soon as we left. So no tip for... More

The rooms were very rustic but comfortable. Resort is directly on the beach , we had a seaview room with a covered porch for relaxing and enjoying the natural jungle like grounds. Not the best beach around as there is a lot of rocks in the water ( rocky coastline) . The resort was a minute walk to anything you... More

Our family group of eight stayed here for a week recently. The owners (a family business) were extremely helpful, kind and friendly and made every effort to make sure that our wishes were met. In the time we were here we walked the beach in both directions and I can honestly say that this was the nicest resort that we... More

I've stayed here twice, once only a couple years after the tsunami. The owners are kind, and very accommodating. They have done a wonderful job of restoring the grounds. All rooms are close to the water, if not on it. The private bungalows, are clean and well maintained. If I had only one complaint is that in true Thai fashion,... More

The room was comfortable and the staff were lovely. It was a shame the restaurant was closed in the evenings when we were there. We got bitten a lot here - repellent definitely needed! Walk along the beach to a bar called Coconuts for good food and drink.

We had one night to stay in Khao lak before and after our diving live-aboard. We chose green beach resort due to the location on the beach, but the rooms were moldy, damp, and dusty in the corners. The bed was hard. The porch light didn't work. The bathroom was fine, but dark-ish and wet from the recent cleaning when... More

Had a great 3 nights at Green beach, room is comfortable and well equipped with air con. Oven little beach is nice and restaurant on the beach is good value for location. Set in a jungle type setting with sea view, beach and jungle rooms. Lovely area just watch the mosquitos take your insect repellent.
