Booked thru Luxury Escapes & upgraded to a beachfront pool villa. The villa was stunning, bed comfortable & bathroom bigger than my loungeroom !! All meals included & beer/wine with meals. Food was excellent & a lot of selections for different tastes. Staff were amazing. Truly perfect for a flop & drop holiday. Only about 30% occupancy at the time so no problems with crowds. Had a wonderful facial & massage at the onsite Spa.

The Robinson Khao Lak resort offers many possibilities for a very nice holiday. Due to Corona, both the resort and the staff have been affected. Due to the closure, the resort still looks a bit battered. Despite this setback, this Robinson club has made every effort to improve from day to day. The staff increased, the facilities looked fresher and the catering improved significantly compared to the first day. The extremely friendly staff made you feel like you had arrived very quickly. Everyone was very friendly and always helpful. They were also always open to new suggestions and food for thought. So if you are looking for an adventurous holiday with a tropical climate, lots of variety and a sporty daily programme, this is the club for you.

We stayed at this lovely hotel for 10 nights and OMG what an amazing time we had. All the staff members are so polite, helpful, friendly and so professional. The food was beautiful and so much variety, the rooms extremely clean, the Spa was also amazing. There is nothing we could fault at all. Good location, beautiful beach, great swimming pools, not too far from the town centre and market. The weather was also good back in May/June. Overall we had an amazing time and we can't wait to go back. Thank you once again to all the staff. 😊

We booked an 8-night stay at the Robinson Club Khao Lak during a recent trip to Thailand. To say that the property exceeded our expectations would be a massive understatement. Our stay was in a pool bungalow, and the size, cleanliness, and inclusions in the unit were all excellent. The food options were excellent during our stay. We had a full-board package that included 3 meals every day. Packaged with our pool bungalow accommodation was access to the beach restaurant for breakfast. The location was fantastic, with views out into the Andaman Sea and along the beachfront. Food was great, with a variety of buffet choices ranging from Eurropean cuisine to Thai style options. We also had the option of champagne to provide the start of each day with a sparkle. Lunch and dinner buffets were served at the terrace restaurant. The buffet kitchen area was very impressive, both in terms of the size and variety of choices. Although there were very many buffet choices, a number of cooking stations were also provided, offering individually prepared selections of meat and seafood dishes, as well as a pasta station. For full-board clients, a free flow selections of beer and wines was also offered with these meals. Our only (minor) issue was that, with the location of the Robinson Club being well north of the Khao Lak shopping district, our expectation of a shuttle service to the shopping turned out to be a one-way taxi fare of 400 baht, with our need to find our own way back to the resort.…

Fantastic resort with awesome staff always friendly and ready to help you at anytime. Bungalow with private pool is a must for chill out time and bamboo beach bar for cocktail happy hour. Massages at the spa are great for relaxing and the huge grounds and beach are best for working off the tremendous buffet meals. Might need to also make use of the gym and fitness classes as you can not resist over eating at every meal.

My husband and I booked this resort through Luxury Escapes last year and spent 8 nights at this beautiful resort last week. And for the money we paid we couldn’t be happier - it was exceptional value and food, white wine and service at the resort far exceeded all of our expectations. The villa was large, clean and well air conditioned and the private pool the perfect temperature for a dip at any time of the day or night. In terms of food, we were able to select from a variety of high quality traditional Thai dishes through to pasta, pizza and poke bowls every day plus a range of unbelievable desserts. A particular highlight was the outdoor street food night which featured an incredible range of traditional Thai dishes and an amazing dance and music show. Be wary of weight gain! The staff were also wonderful - Denny the entertainment manager did a fabulous aqua training session in the pool to 1990’s music and Stefan the buff sports manager challenged my yoga abilities in his stretch class. Robert the manager was also great to chat to and the staff in the restaurant were always friendly. The massages at the spa were lovely but not as firm as the ones given by the locals on the beach nearby. We wished we had been able to stay longer and hope to visit again later this year.…

We have stayed at this resort many times and it never fails to please from great location to very good food and of course great and friendly staff. Mainly stay in Grande Pool Villas with private garden and pool but even the rooms above the adults only pool are very good. Denny, the Manager could not be more obliging and is constantly seen buzzing around the resort willing to answer any questions.

We are heading to Khao Lak and wondering if recent Australian guests could advise on what insurance they took out. It's a minefield trying to work through, especially to have covid cover, etc. Appreciate any tips you can supply.

An absolutely fantastic resort. Beautiful pool villas, great meals and facilities. The "buffet" meals are a bit of a misnomer as there are always 4 or 5 fresh meal stations preparing fish, meat, pasta and Thai dishes to order. Also includes wine and beers at meal times. There are a lot of fitness options available and the gym has proper machines and free weights. We would love to come back when the resort is full as we believe the resort would have a great vibe. Also a special thank you to Richard and his team for such attentive staff and service.

It is not the easiest to write a review during COVID time. But, in all honesty, the service and the experience we (my wife and myself) had with Robinson, from before we travelled to our departure, was one to remember forever. The resort is located in a heaven, and the quality and care of the service were outstanding. For us it seemed even better as we upgraded to Oceanfront Pool Villa. The food selection was varying ever day and, being in Thailand and fans of local food, we only ever choose dishes from local cuisine at the buffet lunch and dinner, and it was always fantastic. We did participate to some activities, not many to be honest as we chose this holiday as real chilling out time for us, after almost 3 years of black-out dur to the situation. But we were mostly pleased with these too. The team was always there but never invading or in the way, something not easy to find around. We are not dishing out 5 dots rating for the sake of it, we mean every word. Most of times humans have an inclination to declare the last holiday they had was the best ever. I can say that this was definitely one we appreciated the most, and we will most certainly be back again as it deserves it. Thank you the whole Robinson team for being such an amazing caring group of people delivering a fantastic experience!…
