Tucked away from the noisy roads, my companion and I were very satisfied with the cleanliness and the service at Mvuli. The staff was quite friendly and attentive and provided us with a quiet room to wind down in near the end of my stay in Arusha. We awakened to the crows of nearby chickens, however, that simply added to the ambiance of the experience. The bed was very comfy and the bathroom was spotless, with great hot water pressure each time we needed to shower. Poolside was perfect for entertaining guests. The casual dining room served up a plentiful and delicious breakfast buffet. A van stood by for quick runs into town for errands, however since my friend was driving, he was able to find ample parking in the lot. I would definitely recommend Mvuli.

We spent one night at this hotel after our safari, the location is not in downtown but not far, it is a quite hotel, clean and staff is very friendly, food is also good. If you just like us just want to take a rest after safari, it is a good choice.

My sister and I spent four nights at Mvuli Hotel following our 7-day safari. The room was large, spotlessly clean and comfortable. The WIFI was initially quirky, but the staff worked to guarantee that we had decent service when and where we needed it. The hotel offers shuttle service upon request in and out of town. The restaurant menu offered a decent range of foods, with every meal prepared individually upon ordering; sometimes there was a bit of a wait, but we didn't come to Tanzania looking for fast food, and enjoyed the chance to relax and chat with the staff. Everyone on staff (the manager and desk attendants, van driver and cleaning staff, cooks and waiters) was friendly, accommodating and intent on making our stay as enjoyable as possible. Overall, a great experience with a great hotel staff.

We spent one night at this hotel before our safari .Although a bit remote, the hotel is very good. Friendly staff, good room and lovely food. They arranged for us to have dinner even though we arrived after closing time of their restaurant for which we are very grateful.
