Price was appropriate for the Hotel. The food was very good and so was the service. Electric kettle would be good. Remembering that that taps are back to front in Tanzania. We didn't have a door handle on the bathroom door, I found the floor to be very dirty.

Stayed there twice: before and after the Kilimanjaro climb. Rooms are quite comfortable, I had a good night sleep on both occasions but... I would say for me they were bit too cool and definitely something should be done in regards to showers. First night I stayed I didn't have hot water at all so very annoyed and disappointed after... Sayuki the manager was so helpful and kind. He provided a breakfast box, as we had to leave early to catch the Dar express at 6:30am. He also accepted a clothing package before our arrival. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone, we felt very safe. And all staff were helpful.

Of all the things in Arusha, the one thing that surprised me the most was the quality of this hotel. Very clean and very comfortable, I enjoyed all 4 nights I spent here. The hotel offered me an en-suite bathroom and shower, daily housecleaning and a great AC unit. I will warn you that the fruit at breakfast wasn't the... More

This hotel is situated in the city centre in Arusha. Tanzania has a load shedding problem and although this hotel has a generator, you will be lucky to have electricity during the day. As for taking a shower, if you love cold showers, then this is the place to be.

A pretty typical budget hotel, well located and decently priced for Arusha. Close to main bus stand, stores, markets. Staff were friendly. Neighborhood was a little run down, but then so is most of Arusha.

Budget Hotel right in the busy area of Arusha town near the main bus stand. It is very pocket friendly and within reach of most restaurants, banks & forex bureaus. Their rooms are standard in size and serve modest portions.
