Naura Springs is a huge and largely soulless hotel just outside Arusha. Having said this service was fine, the room was clean and huge with a fridge, TV, sofa and 2 double beds. The bathroom was also big and the shower was really good, lots of pressure and nice and hot. I only had the breakfast and its wasn't anything... More

I was there for ILO conference.. the rooms are big but abit with old stuffs... it needs improvements for 5star hotel. The food was good though if your last in a que expect not to get some of the varieties because they were in limited amount. Sometimes during lunch because it was overcrowded you could hardly get a waitress to... More

I was staying here for a conference in September. The rooms are large and my view of Mt. Meru was great. It was cleaned well every day. Once the safe did't open and we couldn't access our phones and money until the next day. The hotel has a nice outdoor pool and a small gym but not much equipment in... More

As I was checking in i met this wonderful manager her name is Beatrice she was smiling at me, I could feel hospitality in here. from that moment everything went right. I stayed in this huge room very specious and well decorated. this hotel is of more Europen style from outside and more African outside.

I'm in the hotel as we speak, with my wife, several colleagues, our CEO. When we booked, I'm pretty sure it ranked a bit higher, maybe even 4 stars. Now I see it's down to 2.5, and it shouldn't rank that high. I've stayed in a dozen hotels in Tanzania and this is by far the worst. Let's begin with... More

A good hotel, with spacious room and good en suite at a reasonable price. Good breakfast included with reasonable selection. The staff were helpful. Try to get a special price - I got a good reduction through a local contact

I read many of the reviews of this hotel before I arrived for a 5 night stay as part of a business trip. This hotel is a mixed bag. If I only knew about my room, I would say they cleaned up their act. My room was spacious, clean, hot water, in--room safe and overall well cared for. The AC... More

This hotel, which looks very nice on the outside, is poorly maintained and needs a lot of talc before it can achieve its full potential. The rooms were large and reasonably comfortable, but the decor with chipped paint and not fully functional plumbing was a disappointment. We (a group of 32 travellers from Canada and USA) arrived late and the... More

We stayed with agroup of friends. The place is totally run down, bathrooms are moldy, hand shower does not work in tub, shower stalls have broken doors. There was no hot water either. The front desk staff tried their best, but things were out of their control. I would never ever recommend this hotel to anyone - specially after a... More

A group of us (Tanzanians and folks from "Western" countries) stayed at the Naura Springs Hotel for one night en route to Ngorongoro. This hotel is modern and glassy looking upon approach but the inside is slapped together with cheap materials, and there are some significant problems with the plumbing, windows, etc., that lead to concerns about the overall construction....
