We stay at this hotel for 8 nights. Cons: - The staff was under expectations for a 5* hotel. Almost every time we opened the entrance doors. - If the personnel were engaged into a discussion, we have to wait for they to finish the chat (sometimes 10 minutes) . - When we go to play ping-pong, they limit us...

Good cuisine, excellent breakfast. Rooms are nice. Spa needs a touch up. Would recommend this hotel to business travellers as well as to families. Very friendly staff. Location is OK, next to a nice disctrict. Shops and malls are pretty close, staff helps to find the right way. Taxis can be easily found in front of the hotel.

We (with two young kids) stayed in this hotel for five days. The room was clean and decent. Convenient location. Good and polite hotel staff. We definitely would like to come back.

Stayed in a room on the 'laurel floor', not sure if this is any different to the 'executive floor'. The bedroom was nicely decorated and comfortable. The bathroom was clean and spacious. Bed was a little hard, service was a little chaotic at breakfast one morning. Almost a 5*.

I have stayed in the Evergreen severtal times and have always been very pleased with the room, bed and overall service. Taiwan can be a little sketchy regarding the smells in hotels but not at the Evergreen. Really world class. Lots of tastey choices for breakfast as well. I had dinner a couple of times over the years in the...

The location is good, a few minutes walk to department stores. However, the staff at restaurant need to be trained. They don't deliver service in time and seem irresponsible.

I was treated to a 3 night stay at the executive level by a partner company. I looked at the reviews in TA, and at the pictures at their website, and expected an old room, old decorated hallways and dark, old gloomy lobby. My room at the executive level (and the whole floor) was nothing like it. Quite new! I...
