Two night stay during recent trip to Kaohsiung. The hotel starts on the 39th floor (lobby), with hotel rooms from 40-70th floors. Due to overbooking we got upgraded to the 55th floor, supposely the deluxe rooms. The room was very nicely furnished, and we were lucky to get the harbor view. It was indeed a nice view esp at night...

I stayed here during a small scale typhoon and the building had some creaking and swaying. But apart from that is was almost perfect. Beautiful room, amazing staff, very reasonably priced food and room service. I'd stay there again.

Only stayed 1 night before return flights to US. Big rooms. Easy to find if you like to wander around on foot as it is the tallest building in the city. Small charge for wifi that was OK at best. Did not eat at hotel at all. Ate across the street at Lemongrass restaurant for dinner. Ate in JAL lounge...

Its a nice hotel with not much to complain about. The hotel is in the Tuntex Sky-Tower which is pretty cool on its own merrit. If you visit the area and dont stay here you may want to come to the tower anyhow. The rooms were quite large, clean, and well appointed. The beds are a little hard but thats...

I have always thought that this iconic hotel in Kaohsiung is only tall but tired. Yes, from the lobby on 39/f ( u have to take an elevator tO get to 39/f first and then another elevator to the guest rooms, quite fussy), u will notice the outdatedness. However, the room is not at all tired and outdated. spacious with...

We did not get the chance to use the priority floor benefits as we were always out. I must commend on the internet. the WiFi speed connection was top...

The Splendor hotel with 85 floors , the second biggest building in Taiwan. I stayed 9 days at the 70th floor with a beautifull wiev of Kaohsiung. My trip was business related so I cannot joy the breakfast and other services they provide. There will be my second trip to Kaohsiung and will stay there again. Definitely.

Given as the tallest building in Kaohsiung, the hotel has a great view of Kaoh Siung City. Stayed at 70th floor, the view of the city is really beautiful. Location is quite good, in the central of KaohSiung city, about 10-15 minutes by cab to the nearest Liu He night market. Check in and Chek out process were very efficient...

My second trip to this hotel separated by several years. The second biggest building in Taiwan and spectacular views. Well appointed room. Free Internet but you have to pay for wifi. Easy to fix if you have an apple express with you. As seems to be the case these days you will need to ring room service for an iron...
