Stayed for 2 nights in this hotel. The room is spacious and clean. The staffs are great - especially the ones on the restaurant. So we went to the restaurant to have a late breakfast (about 9.45am), they were cleaning and bringing the food into their kitchen. After they saw us coming, they served the food to our table and...

Room - Nice hallway leading to rather disappointing room with dated design and shaky beds are. One plus side is the nice space of the room with good view of the city. Location - Nice location few minutes away from shops and restaurants. Amenities - Comes with a tiny poorly managed gym next to self service laundry area at the...

Stayed here for one night in Kaohsiung. Hotel had a nice lobby, large sized hotel room with two queen (or possibly full sized) beds, television, mini refrigerator, electric kettle with coffee and tea packages, and liter sized bottles of water. Slippers were included, and bathroom amenities included shampoo, shower gel, soap, toothbrush/toothpaste, comb, and razor. There was a hair dryer...

I've stayed here a few times now - however l will not be coming back, mainly because I've finally been able to locate another place that fits the bill. Location: * Located in Old Koahsiung & within walking distance of Love River, Outback Steakhouse and a great little beer drinking expat hanging joint called the Oxford Music Pub. * Directly...

Very nice entry, lobby and the dinning hall. Decent services as well. Rooms are needing the renovation though. Very convenient location to walk to the attractions like the love river, the port etc. It is about $150nt to get a taxi to fengjia market. The lobby area is big enough for lounge with the comfy sitting area. And a nice...

The hotel came with a package so that I had no idea how is it before arrival. The lobby of the hotel is a 80s style, but it is still OK. However, when I got into my room, it found it smoky & full of scent of cigarette, which my rating of the hotel drops to the bottom by this....

Lots of other good hotels in Kaohsiung. Our room was filled by cigarette smoke throughout the night by the HVAC system. The staff laughed when we told them of our problem the next morning. Also, if you are taller than 5'6'' you will not fit on their beds. Worst night we had during our two week trip to Taiwan.

I stayed one week at the Kingship hotel in Kao-hsiung, which is just a few blocks from the harbor. Overall I had a great stay, and the service was excellent. My stay was in early January. The weather was mild: warm and sunny most days, but needing a light jacket on some evenings. The air is very polluted and many...
