I happen to have stayed in this hotel for the 3rd time. This hotel has the best to offer of all hotels in Latakia. You are about 6km from the city center, at the Blue Beach with private access to the beach. You have from all rooms view of the Sea, but i always prefer the view over the pool...

Spent one night on group tour. Were allocated very large clean and air conditioned appartment with large terrace overlooking lagoon with glorious view of beautiful mosque. This is a very large resort on a peninsula with lots of separate beaches, two big swimming pools plus 2 pools for children. Food excellent in buffet restaurant with international and local dishes which...

Our weekend troubles with Rotana already started with booking. Friends of had already booked, so we wanted to stay there anyhow, the only problem was that we received three different prices on each call. When we arrived, we were told that our booking number was an old one from last week (???) and that the price given to us was...

We stayed here for just the one night and we were sorry not to have more time to stay longer. Whilst not our usual choice of hotel style (large holiday resort style) we were unable to fault any aspect of our stay and must congratulate all the staff on the a constant level of excellent service at every stage. The...

This is a modern and luxurious resort but as such we really could have been anywhere in the world, there was nothing syrian about it. The swimming pools are great, the only downside is the music they play all day through loud speakers, especially as they only seem to have about 5 CDs including Britney Spears, Ricky Martin and Crazy...

Having stayed at other Rotana hotels earlier we trusted the name and had quite some negative experience in a way that we would never consider going back there. We waited for this trip until Ramadan is over because we are aware of the negative affects on the working force of hotels during this period but this didn't help at all....

My fiance and I stayed at this hotel and were very pleased. The hotel was much much better than the only other 5 star alternative, which was the Chams Hotel. We tried the Chams first and it was a dump so we were very grateful for the hospitality at Rotana. The staff are wonderful and the food was fairly good....

1-After long time discussions, we got the confirmation for 11 villas offer, upon arrival to the Hotel the villas were occupied and they couldn't deliver the only 4 villas from the 11 booked ones, only after 2 hours and for the rest and as there were no villas, they delivered suites for seven families. 2-We waited until 11 pm for...

This is not a B&B but a full service beach resort hotel run by the Rotana chain. It is about 6 months old. We arrived during Eid time and it was packed (over booked) and over run and over whelmed. The service was nice and the staff tried their best. The hotel is trying to achieve 5 star performance but...
