We loved our stay in this place. We first went as a couple, and after that with our family. We just loved the place, relaxing, beautiful, the perfect place for family and friends. We organized my husbands birthday in that place with about 20 friends and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Thank you for everything

The other reviews are correct, the grounds are exceptional. They really are beautiful. The rooms are clean, large and beautiful. The staff is friendly and helpful. The food was also pretty good. However, when you can see the individual drops of water falling out of the shower, you have a big problem. The shower was completely unusable. The rest of... More

Set in beautiful gardens, we enjoyed our relaxing stay at Summerfield. The accommodation reflected 5* comforts and good taste. Food good and prices competitive. The only negative was that we had to pay for wifi, and the staff were a little 'cool' and not overly welcoming.

Staying just one night at this resort was a big mistake on our part. We found the rooms to be clean and very well decorated, the grounds perfectly groomed, and the included breakfast to be beyond belief. Staying at Summerfield was a very relaxing experience which left us feeling pampered. The rates are very reasonable and it is for this... More

It's a very nice place but more over I think what shines more is the Staff selection.. just on point, waiters just make you wanna stay some more. Banele to be exact, she's very friendly. Place is fit for a King or an ordinary human

The grounds are beautiful and offer a very pretty view of the landscape but to call the destination a Botanical Garden is a bit deceptive, its not a botanical garden in the true sense of the word. It looks like a lovely place to stay very pretty and nicely laid out but don't go visit just to look at the... More

Nice surroundings, pool, bar and restaurant. Service from hotel staff could improve. In the morning very friendly and helpfull. Bar and restaurant personall... More

We visited Summerfield's The Palms Cascade Restaurant with friends. The restaurant was huge, I presume to cater for big numbers when hosting conferences or weddings - however on this night it was only us 4 and 3 other couples. We were seated outside to further enjoy the stunning gardens and water features with a gin & tonic in hand. I... More

We visited for a sundowner or two with Swazi and German friends recently but we were disappointed with the poor service. The place is stunning and kept immaculate and still looks wonderful despite the low water in the artificial lake due to the drought. However, the service was poor at best. There were only a few people about but we... More
