This is the first hotel we stayed in in Sri Lanka (family of 4). The rooms were not fancy but clean and comfortable. No hot water for shower. The breakfast in the garden overlooking the river was delicious with abundant food. Dogs and cats roam the property; our kids loved the little kittens.

We have stayed in this hotel on our first day in Sri lanka - it is close to the airport and it is really clean and nice hotel, comfortable bed, with beautiful pool and garden, where you can rest after long flight. We had good breakfast there - eggs, some kari, bacon, toast, jam, butter and of course, fruits. Wifi was also good working. No problems with water (it was warm and good water pressure). Working aircondition, really pleasant stuff. In walking distance of restaurants in Negombo (like 10 minutes).

Stayed here for 2 nights. Yes, as you drive up to the place, it's a bit non descript but on entering its like a little oasis. The rooms are massive, clean, good linen. The pool is lovely and the garden beautiful. The staff were the best and the breakfast superb!

Stayed for eight nights. Had a room right in front of the pool, room was big and clean with nice huge bed. Bathroom was big and clean. Only wish for more shelf space and something more to hang clothes and towels on. But these are typical things I have missed in many hotels, no big deal. Wifi access free of charge, a/c, flatscreen tv and mini fridge. Pool towels are provided. Lovely breakfast included served by the canal. Service and quality for breakfast was very good. Only thing we missed was a glass of juice. They serve coffe or tea, toast and jam, egg made to order with some traditional sides on the plate. Final serving at breakfast is a big fruitplate with fresh assorted fruits every morning. Got picked up at airport for no extra charge, nice air conditioned car. Manager helped us arrange transport to Kandy for a good price and also arranged a nice boatrip on the canal for us that we really enjoyed. We loved this hotel. Make sure to say hello to Hillary when you stay there, she owns the hotel and lives in the house next to hotel. You will see her sitting on her porch with her dogs every day. We love her and wish her all the best with this new and superb little hotel. Hillary is the lady with me in the attached pictures.

Great place to end your holiday in Sri Lanka, 25 minute Tuk Tuk from the hotel, organised by the fantastic staff upon request. Best hotel we stayed in of the 7 on our trip to Sri Lanka. Superb breakfast, excellent pool, lovely clean and comfortable rooms. The manager is a lovely guy. All in all a brilliant visit.
