    Why House is located within a three acre private walled garden of peace and tranquility only a ten minute walk from the beautiful beach of Dalawella and a fifteen minute drive to the world heritage site Galle Fort. Our aim is to give you a fun and relaxed holiday experiencing within the luxury of a boutique hotel with the informality of a private home. Children are welcome and supervision by the staff is available. A manager’s house and 24 hour security is on-site. This picturesque property can sleep up to 24 guests, with 10 double en-suite rooms with private terraces. We have 3 Main House Suites, 3 Garden Villa rooms, 2 Garden Bungalow rooms and 2 Cabanas available. Each individually designed room has satellite TV and DVD player (with film library), free Wi-Fi, mini fridge and luxuriously built en-suite bathrooms. An entertainment and outside dining pavilion that surrounds the large swimming pool are available to all guests. Outside guests can also enjoy lunch or dinner with us.

    Thank you for your observations. Whilst we appreciate your review, and it is always good to have feedback, please note this recent review is a year out of date, and much has changed. At the time of your stay we were an 8 room boutique hotel, and have since added an additional 2 rooms, so now have 10 rooms still in keeping with the term 'boutique'. Not sure where 20 rooms have come from. We aim to provide a home away from home villa feel ambiance. There are areas available, including private verandas with each room, where dining can be held if not wanting to join with other guests in the main pavilion. We have recently won an award with the boutique hotel awards 2018 for Asia's best family boutique hotel, we welcome small ones and have never had any incidents. We take on board all your comments and again thank you for your review.

    Hi planning a trip to Sri Lanka for February, can anyone tell me if this property is near any beaches suitable for snorkelling, and also how far it from Galle, if we wanted to visit there for the day. Thank you
    So sorry to take so long to respond ! We are one minute from the beach called Dalawella which has safe swimming and snorkelling.
