Shilla Stay Busan is a great hotel with sizeable rooms. There was water in the fridge and the rooms were exceptionally clean. The front desk is also super helpful. The breakfast was absolutely incredible with many options - Korean and more traditional Western options. The only issue was the lifts. They take quite a while.

Shilla Stay Ulsan wasn't close to any major sights but is close to the bus stations and has an okay connection from the train station. The clean rooms and above average breakfast spread measures up to all of the other branches. Despite having a lot of rooms on its 22 floors, only three elevators operate and there was always a wait for those. Most rooms on the high floors have a decent view of the city. Usually a solid choice but this branch gets a few demerits for the long elevator waits and not enforcing visitors to wear masks at the breakfast buffet.

The overall stay was not bad however, be prepared to wait for your elevator.
The walls are thin and we woke up during the middle of the night due to a party-like atmosphere from the floor above us. The hotel might not have a standard for noise during late hours.

Good points are the central location and the buffet breakfast.
The rooms are quite nice. It had a funny sliding wall but nonetheless we appreciated the long desk and many power sockets as we came for business purpose.
