We stayed here for one night. There were 6 of us. 2 rooms with bed and a room for sleeping on floor (traditional korean style). We had 2 bathrooms. The other one was ensuite. The view was ok. There was also a fridge, microwave, cutleries and glasses. I liked that we were able to hang our wet clothes from swimming...

The facilities seem relatively new, but does not seem like upkeep is of high priority. It does not seem that anything is included with the price of the room. The room we stayed in was a suite with two bedrooms. One bedroom had a western style bed the other was traditional Korean with sleeping mats. The living area had a...

The Phoenix is clearly the most expensive resort on Jeju Island. It is a mega-complex gigantic hotel, several enormous buildings that look like timeshare apartments, and scattered about look like a complex 'cottages.' There is nothing small about this setting. Even by Korean standards this is an expensive place. Everything except the bed has an add-on price ... And none...

We stayed at Phoenix Island for one night. Parking was fine and check in was okay. However, seems that the resort is too big and there were only a few staff working at one time. Would be good for families as the room consisted of a kitchen but would not recommend staying here unless you are willing to pay for...

The worst resort I ever experienced. Every facilities come with charges, even swimming pool. Only a convenient store and dunkin donutes available but dunkin close at 6pm. We are staying in royal suite room, no amenities provided, no shower towel only hand towel for shower, ask for extra towel ~ charges, charges, charges....all about charges.... I will never recommend this...

We had family trip on 1st week of Feb. to celebrate our mom's birthday. It was quiete, spacious and beautiful property. This was our 1st visit to jeju island but compare to resorts in carrabean, still this was top qiality resort. Breakfast was delicious, too continental and korean mixed. They also provided electric cart rental and charriot ride to look...

Have recently returned from a 4 night stay at Phoenix Island and although there are not many reviews they did concern me that the accommodation would be disappointing. I was personally very happy with this resort and would give it 3.5 stars if the option was available. Felt the rooms were well decorated, clean and spacious with excellent self catering...

We stayed there for 2ninghts and 3days in Nov. 2012. Although the price was very expensive, we choosed the resort due to convenient stay for young children and pregnant wife. Once we entered the room we were assined, I was shocked and couldn't believe what I saw. Room condition was one of the worst ever. I couldn't stay there and...

booked the royal(deluxe) suite in june 2012 ( one master bedroom and one twin), would say that this is more of a resort rather than hotel as service and rooms are low-frills with no porter service, no toiletries and just 2 small towels per bathroom but with plenty of "DIY" amenities -washing machines, convenience store and barbecue areas and seems...

The coast was fantastic, but facility and resturant were disappointing. Sung-san sun rise point is very close, best place to see the sun-rising. You can board the ship to the U-do island. It will take just 20 minutes. It's a small place, but very unique. The road to the hotel is only one, so frequently crowded.
