The hotel is very nice. A good place to stay if flying out of Incheon. The staff is friendly and very good. There is a really nice casino nearby too. The only complaint I had was it was difficult to adjust the temperature in the rooms.

Just next to the airport. High class rooms. Good service. Good facilities and food. Great if you need an accessible, high class location for conferences. Good food for vegans during the day. Nice gardens near the hotel. Nice view of the airport and Incheon.

Very modern, clean up to date, 5 * hotel. Excellent facilities including 2 x 25, lap swimming pools. Not sure why the other reviews are not so good, but after a long haul flight this is perfect! Spoil yourselves!

Wow. We stayed here just one night as a complimentary lay over with our Korean Air tickets. The service is spectacularly good. We were upgraded to what appears to be an apartment suite and the dinner buffet offers Chinese, western and Korean dishes in abundance. On the advice of the concierge we were able to jump in a cab to...

This is a large impersonal hotel that offers no clue that you're in Korea. There's no decor or art that would make you think you weren't in a suburb of Bloomington, Indiana. The "Swell Lounge" was anything but, completely empty at 10pm on a Saturday night. The new hotel/casino next door looked much more fun.

All websites show only the West Tower, while hotel is composed by 2 different complex: East and West, whereby East Tower is much older, dirtier and above all WITHOUT breakfast room. Need to walk 10 minutes to go to West Tower to enjoy breakfast. No indications, nor signs on the corridors! Italian CUCINA restaurant inside Otto at ground floor costs...

When we checked it and it was the order in the hallway. After we turned on the air-conditioning we noticed instead of improving the air-quality just worsened. After two hours you unable to sleep. We found the front desk nobody responded for over one hour. When the housekeepers showed up they said they smelled nothing? I then called again the...

We stayed at Grand Hyatt Incheon at Seoul airport as a guest of Korean Air, as part of their complementary overnights for travellers that have a long layover. Eighteen hours in an airport is too much, but a nice bed, shower and a meal splitting a long trip into two was very acceptable. Grand Hyatt is used here for layover...
