Despite the name this is a hotel chain run by the Korean tourist organisation. The family suite was the perfect size for our two children to play in, and very clean. The bathroom was large, and clean, but don't expect a Hilton style finish! The main problem was tracking down the mandatory swimming caps for the pool (we finally found... More

we had the deluxe family room (2 queen beds) and were very satisfied with the hotel...very nice view from our balcony, nice cooling weather, clean and well maintained, no issue at all with the wifi. we could walk easily outside to catch the bus, though next time we would hire a car as the bus frequency and journey are unpredictable... Spent one night here after reading mostly positive reviews, but disappointed on all counts. Room was small, bed hard and unyielding, bathroom tiny and in desperate need of updating. There isn't even an electrical outlet in the bathroom and the shower curtain provided ends 10 inches above the floor. The hotel generally seems old and weary. The only thing positive... More

This hotel has pluses and minuses but in the end, is ok. On the plus side-- there is no carpeting and the wood floors are lovely. The beds are comfortable, the air conditioning works, the wifi is free and fast, there is a flat screen tv that works. On the minus side-- there are no drawers in the room, the... More

I stayed two nights at the Swiss Rosen Hotel, a fine accommodation. My room on the 5th floor had a double and a single bed, both of which were very comfortable and had clean sheets and quilts. The room also had a flatscreen TV with multiple channels, a mini-fridge, and a pot for boiling water. The bathroom had a shower... More

Thank you very much for your staying with us and sharing your kind review. We've checked your comment with the facility maintenance manager. Our drain was connected with the sink by the pipe. The manager told us that it can be flooded over if the drain in the sink is clogged. So, we've requested the manager to check the drain... More

A business hotel, but very quiet and I felt nice and relaxed when I was there. Its a shame that you cannot eat there in the evening, they have a bbq but only at the weekends. The staff are very helpful and the rooms have a kettle fridge and sattelite tv, great shower too

Although we were on business I found this hotel to be a nice relaxing place to unwind after a day at work. Its a bit older place but still OK overall. A few of the oddities of older hotels is noted during my stay.....

Stayed 1 night using Chase Sapphire Ultimate Rewards points. It was raining when we arrived and therefore, did not venture out except to get dinner. Since did not take beef, did not try the nearest restaurant nearby the hotel and had to walk at least 30 min to a fast food place and then got lost while coming back. Breakfast... More

We stayed on the hotel for 4 nights. The garden view promised was not as good as it sounds, there wasn't a safe in the room nor laundry service. The balcony was filled with spiders and so we couldn't seat outside. Dispite all of the above, the hotel manager did everything he could so that our stay will be a... More

On arrival, hotel looked a little tired however once inside this all changed. Met by friendly staff and check in was quick and painless. Rooms were clean and tidy and must have had a recent makeover. A short walk to the main road and not to far from the CVS and restaurants. Good location for touring the Gyeongju area.
