The first thing to know when reading about this hotel is that your reviewer is not the target customer for this hotel. The demographic it is aimed at is reasonably affluent young Korean families. This means that the public areas and facilities are noisy and busy but still have traveller friendly facilities such as a small supermarket and restaurants and...

Stayed for 1 night - the 1st night for our Busan trip. The room is spacious and very clean. We have the tatami room, there is a mini kitchen, and cups, spoon, plates etc are provided. Wifi is available at the hotel lobby. The hotel is providing a face towel instead of large bath towel, this is my 1st time...

We went there on Chuseok (Korean thanksgiving), for a family trip. The suite was big, clean and comfortable. There are some cafes, restaurants and other shops inside the building. Also, there are some amusement facilities and an indoor and outside pool. The area looks beautiful and the room's view is even more amazing. It should be easy to find good...

We stayed only for a night in this resort. Spacious rooms and all included facilities. Good for families and groups. There is starbucks at lobby and entertainment sites at basement. In the morning the view from room was great, I'd love to visit again if I come to Gyeongju!

We stayed overnight as part of a tour. All the other hotels on the 12 day tour were great to excellent, not sure why the tour company chose this one. Previous tours stayed at a different one. Good location on the lake especially in April for cherry blossom viewing, and possibly good for kids as there is a small family...

Decent resort with spacious rooms; each room is an efficiency unit with all required cooking utensils, Some rooms (on one side) has a beautiful view of the lake and theme park, with a very large heated pool and a wave pool. Hotel located in a very scenic area. However, large bath towels are provided in this resort. A good theme...

We were here as part of a tour and our guide pre-warned us that in Korea, "resort" are hotels that the local families go when they want to take a weekend/quick holiday break. Hence, there may not be towels, shampoos and other normal hotel amenities as the locals usually bring their own. Our room overlooked the gorgeous lake and was...

We are a group of six senior citizen ladies. Before the trip, we have asked our travel agents that we need beds and not futon as one of us had a recent spinal operation and three with knees problems (OA). The tour agent managed to get only one bed for the oldest ie over 80 years old. We check in...

1/2 a star or less. We're on a cross-country tour. Got in late checked out early. No time to use any of the spa features. All the hotel resources are directed toward the spa. My dsughter and three other tour members got food poisoning from a meal eaten before we arrived. There were zero resources, not even bottled water or...
