The rooms is quite good with spacious enough, friendly staff but not in city center. You have to take a taxi if you wanna go out for relax in night, can't not walking because it keep a distance. Area surround the hotel was so boring and it just had a one 7-11 convenient shop in opposite across the street.

Jeju’s Pacific Tourist Hotel has giant rooms that could comfortably sleep four, and initially felt very luxurious. But where other hotels might offer chargers for cell phones and iPods, the Pacific Hotel had spackled over their free outlets, making it so that you have to unplug various lights in the room to charge electronics. Worse, the Pacific banned all outside... More

One night stay while on tour package. The hotel is a walking distance to Tapdong street market - about 15-20 mins walk. Not to mention, if you need to grab anything from a a convenience store. 7-11 is just across the road, located right. The room is not equipped with water dispenser. Water dispenser is located out of the room... More

Rooms is quite big to our comfort. There is a balcony which we can get the sea view. There are a few convenience store... More

We were stay here for only one night! So I feel good for that. The bed there is big and comfort enough. You can enjoy too much TV shows in ur room. The view of our room is great! Planned on staying 2 nights, but canceled my reservation for the second night, lost $125, and still feel I'm better off. Non-existent concierge. The minimal staff that did work there spoke hardly any English. I speak decent Korean and communication was still difficult. Like most things Korean, the hotel is overrated. No Casino (like advertised), minimal dining options, no pool,... More

We booked this hotel based on a 4 star rating on Hotels.com and the photos looked decent, but we were very disappointed for the following reasons: - Lack of non-smoking rooms - Dated decor, dirty carpets (probably once light pink/white ... now gray) - Air conditioner for the entire hotel was purposely turned off to save the hotel money. The rooms are quite large but the facilities are bare-bone. No coffee maker in room, no safe. The bathroom has a moldy smell. The floor was supposedly to be non-smoking but there were ash-trays in our room and the corridor smells of smoke. Luckily there was no smell of smoke in our room. The restaurant was closed when we were... More

This is the first time I went to Jeju, Korea. Our accomodation for two nights was at the Pacific Hotel. It is a nice little hotel with clean and comfortable room. And it doesn't hurt to have a balcony all by ourselves. However, the cold weather meant we didn't really maximise the balcony. Breakfast provided was quite good. The spread... More
