Staff speaks average point-hand-gesture English. One lady receptionist said she can help us call for jajangmyeon delivery. Another guy receptionist said no jajangmyeon in the rooms because he didn't want us to dirty the room. All I all, the room is okay. 1 pillow for each bed and it is too soft and gave me a neck ache. Bed room... More

First of all, location is nice because it is near to the underground shopping street and famous market, and there is a nearby 24-hours convenience store. When I check this hotel in google street view, thought that the hotel we are going to stay is the elegant looking building along the main road, but upon check-in, they bring us to... More

Stayed for one night while in Jeju. Bed and room is generally decent and the underground shopping mall is so convenient located across the road. The only thing is it is near a nursing home or hospital which some may not be comfortable with. Other than that, I have a good stay with my wife there.

Very old hotel. Floor mat has a odour smell. Hotel amenities is not enough because room keeping forgot to refill. Bathroom also flooded. Room is too dim. Sound from the metal door also make me felt scary. Location is good, close with shopping mall and market street.

Location near shopping street. Bed was comfortable and the room was good in general. However, it was only for those on higher levels as they seem to be newly renovated while those on lower levels were still old. Generally, I had a good stay.

I stayed here for two nights on my first visited Jeju following tour. This place is highly recommend to free and easy travelers as it's easy to find and taking buses to everywhere of Jeju. Love this hotel because just few minutes walk to underground shopping arcade and wet market . Convenient shops next to this hotel too . The... More

We stayed here for 3 days 2 nights for our first time visit to Jeju Island. Room was clean, amiable and helpful front desk staff and location is convenient with public transports. Reasonable price. Good experience! Recommended to stay!!

Robero staff was friendly and the front desk spoke English. The hotel is aimed at tourists, and is unprepared to cater for business traveler needs. There was no restaurant open, and the limited breakfast is only Asian style. The room 1713 was recently renovated and nice enough. Bathroom was roomy and clean, bed was good and clean. Wifi was free... More

Nice looking hotel located opposite a tourist attraction, an underground shopping mall and restaurants and outdoor retail stores is a 5 min walk. Rooms were regularly cleaned during the 4 day stay and we opted for the breakfast (additional cost) but it was worth it! Also, when taking a taxi, the hotel is well known as all taxi drivers we... Generally this hotel is ok with convenient location . There is a market within walking distance selling mainly local fruits, stuff like sea vegetable, sea weeds etc. One thing unique is door at the hotel room is made of metal instead of wooden material - my first encounter!
