Front desk staff was cold and unwelcoming. Speaks and understand minimal English. Offers only one complimentary bottle water for each room for two people? Come on! How much more chinsy can it gets. Tried signing on to wifi and the web site says it costs $15.00 dollars a day! Later checked with concierge and found out that there is no...

Initially we had double bedded room facing the west sun. It was so hot and stuffy in the month of Nov. Made a complain and the staff were nice enough to "upgrade" us to a sea view room, triple sharing room. Which the triple sharing room was so much larger compared to the double bedded Advise for visitor: to choose...

Room is comfortable but was disappointed that there was a charge for the swimming pool which was not explained to us. Was shocked to be asked to pay around $34 Sing dollars on check out when we used the pool for only less than 30mins. Why would I want to want in a place for less than 30mins if I...

On arrival at the hotel, I was greeted by friendly staff. I was unable to check in as I arrived mid morning. On my return from a walk, the staff had the room ready for me. The hotel is removed from the tourist area but it is close to the airport. I has several meals at the hotel. The food...

The place is clean. Although it is in Jeju city, the location is not that convenient for shopping. It is expensive and you still need to pay for bottle water. You can see 3 bottles in refrigerator with one tagged with "free of charge". During check out, it was said that only the one with tag was free and we...

The hotel is great exterior and interior.. Got to check in early and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The view from the hotel is really nice and the rooms are spacious. And the bathrooms are a decent size. There is a casino and gift store on the first floor a fitness pool and other amenities. Unfortunately we came...

The lasting impression I have of is the customer-unfriendly attitude of the hotel. Notwithstanding the old standard spacious room, we have three grouses against this hotel: It is quite inconceivable that in this modern day and a hotel bearing the Korean Air name, there is no free wifi in the room or anywhere in the hotel. We paid for 3...

I highly recommend choosing a different hotel. Management refuses to make AirCon available during the day, will turn it on in the evening, then turn it off at 10 pm. The room temperature climbs to 26+ C during the night. You can see several reviews complaining of this. The carpet in my room was filthy and stained and the room...

It is so old and definitly not 5 star at all. Staffs are not kind and chinese buffet was horrible. Think of what i pay for they makes me angry. Also there were nothing to do and no neat restaurants nearby. There are full of great fancy hotels resorts and pensions in jeju. Not here.

A few of the other poor reviews are accurate. Room too hot, cannot switch to air conditioning. No complementary toiletries, i.e toothpaste, razor, etc. One free bottle water, but not marked. Add to that small rooms, needed renovations, and overpriced/overvalued food options. Other than the grand lobby, it's a 3-star hotel at best.
