This hotel is located close to the ferry port. It was clean, comfortable and quiet but (we assume) the carpet produces static shocks. The breakfast selection was adequate with egg-station for omelettes etc but the food was cold and not replenished.
Stay here for almost a week. The hotel is popular with shipping agencies putting seafarers here. There is an airline that put their crew here as well. There will always be big group of tourist that arrive late at night. Good: Location. Not very far walk to: Nampo and Lotte Gwangbok branch. Other attractions are within reach. Staffs at reception, restaurant and housekeeping are friendly as always. Internet stable and fast. Bad: Menu at restaurant hardly change on that day. Once breakfast, lunch and dinner menu are always there most of the days. I once had to walk out empty stomach for lunch as I went late, simply sold out as seafarer for one ship was there earlier. Sound insulation not good, you will hear next door, the road traffic as well. Nothing much around the hotel at night unless you go towards Nampo. I will remember this hotel as an option if I am back at Busan.…
The hotel is ok for short stays. It has reasonably priced rooms with warm staff but guests not speaking Korean are pretty much left to figure out things themselves. There’s good WiFi and breakfast for the guests. It’s located in downtown Busan close enough to the station. It also has a convenience store downstairs. I wouldn’t recommend it for an extended stay though.
This is very good hotel near busan station and jagalchi market. And very near to downtown. The price is reasionable and busan people is very kind. The hotel is a little new and i like all facilities. thanks
The design of the hotel is like a throwback to the late 90s to early 2000. However, it is indeed very well maintained. Bed is too springy and soft, and feels like a poor quality thick mattress. Situated in the old downtown near Busan station ( i actually feel its nearer to Jungang Station), there really isn't much nearby at night. You would be hard-pressed if you wanna go out at night looking for food. The breakfast offered at their hotel is sad, but does the job fine. I really would not choose to stay at this hotel again, there are much better ones with better location, quality, and price.
Located in a easy and convenient location in Busan the hotel is great for vacation and business. The majority of the staff are helpful and friendly and provide great service. The rooms are fairly modern, spacious and maintained daily to high standards and some offering great views of the area. Biggest downside to this hotel is the restaurant 'La Stella' which charges £12 for breakfast and is not worth that by far. Food on offer is fairly poor and clearly been left for a long time, its soggy and of bad quality. Dinner offers a range of four meal options plus buffet, which sadly is not tailored for an international market. Not to mention the service time is incredibly slow. Overall nice for a sleep and rest, however not for a long stay nor if your looking for good food options. Could be great but needs to improve in restaurant quality. …
Good situation, walking distance to the fish market and metro. On quite a busy road with lot of traffic noise. Essentially one great block of rooms, blandly decorated and compact bathroom. Breakfast buffet is ok but very busy with queues to get in. Also long waiting times for a lift at busy times. Average stay if you just need a room.
Walking distance to Busan Station, and near enough to all the shopping streets and fish market. Room is spacious and clean with harbor view. Coffee at the cafe on level 1 is fantastic. Great value for money and will definitely use this hotel again if I visit.
I recently spent a month working in Busan, and had the delight of staying in this hotel, I don't think I had any real issue with the hotel, the breakfast was very good, the room was always spotless, and the only time I thought there was an issue was when I thought my Laundry was late, only to find that they had already put my laundry into the wardrobe. If I am lucky enough to return to Busan I will definitely look to stay here. i Must admit to having not eaten in the restaurant in the evening, as there were so many places to visit, I did try the beer and chicken place, but only once but didn't feel like I was made very welcome in there.
Hotel is fine in general. Decent value for money, fairly convenient for Busan station and the limousine bus to the airport. I have stayed here 4 times now for business. BUT, what let’s this hotel down is the awful restaurant on the 2nd floor (not the beer and chicken place). Went here for dinner. Paid a decent amount for a ‘buffet’ which was just pitiful. Salad was just soggy old lettuce. One small piece of cake out for dessert. Drinks selection is limited now compared to 2 years ago. The whole thing just looked like leftovers from breakfast. So, even if you are tired and think you want to try out the restaurant, don’t! You will regret it.
