This place is disgusting the pool is like a swamp that has a smell to match a breeding ground for bugs and other wildlife the rooms has water damage and black mold the carpet smells and the ac smells like smoke and burning hair after several room changes and a promise for the room to be deep cleaned and to have the garbage disposal emptied I finally jus clean the room because I’m asthmatic and the air is poor I had to stay there because they put me here for work as travel accommodations.
Late and Tired didn’t want to drive anymore. So decided to book a room in tripadvisor.com. Great price but cleanliness was not top priority. First room attempt was oops I think someone is already in here or it wasn’t cleaned beds were not made. Upgrades ok this should help. Walked in and everything looked clean until I sat on one of the beds and saw hair and the shower was running non stop all night. Tired and meeting friends it kinda was embarrassing. Then I was showering to leave and notice a tic in my arm. Pulling the tic out and putting it in a plastic container to be tested at a local hospital. Worried my friend would be late for work. We Packed up and left. Going to check out but know one was at the desk. On my way back from dropping my friend off I notice my cc was charged for the room but no deposit credited. Frustrated I called to let the front desk know about my experience.they seemed very concerned at first. It’s now Friday and the GM has yet to call me! Where has costumer service gone? Brent…
The Wife and I stayed here ~10 years ago. Place was very nice. Stayed again Jan 22. Not good. Heat in room didn't work. Moved to another (lesser) room. Heat ok. But A/C-Heater in new room was smashed up badly. Everything needs a deep cleaning. Examples : kitchen cabinets where your fingers rest to open door appears to have not been cleaned in long, long, time. Same for the hair dryer cord. Yecch. A typical lack of maintenance example : dishwasher looked ready to fall out onto floor.
The size of the room was great and was clean and greatly furnished. The hotel is pet friendly. The hotel as located very near my workplace and shopping. The full breakfast was just wonderful, and the manager’s reception was welcome. The staff handled each little problem that came up.
This is NOT a place to stay. It's too bad, the suites must have been very nice in there day. Refrigerator was dirty, dented, The inside of the stove you need a jack hammer to clean up the mess. The room was 64 degrees when we arrived and it took hours to get the room warm. Had to turn on the oven. Everything you touch is slimy. Gross!
