Stayed for two nights with a tour group. Checking in and out were handled by the tour group and went fine. Some of the elevators were not working but luckily I don't mind stairs and they were reasonably convenient. This is a family oriented place and you can tell when visiting in the summer. They are located next to a large outdoor walking and shopping area so it was hopping late into the night. It also meant that the area was not overly clean but it felt safe.
The room was fine and clean. We had a balcony looking towards the Sea of Galilee and the open markets. My wife actually found a couple of things in the market that she had been looking to get. The food buffets were typical for this chain and they did give us a separate room which was helpful. They had a good variety for breakfast and dinner with a lot of the typical diet for the area. They have a live loud music area for after dinner which seem to cater to families.
It was fine for our purposes.

This was a really great hotel. I loved the clean room, the shower, the strong hairdryer, the bed and the pillows. The dining room was pretty crowded and tables close together, but the food choices were amazing. This is an all inclusive so my group met bf dinner for free cocktails. Other folks in our group had issues that were never resolved with their room being too warm, however my room seemed fine. Overall, this was a fantastic place to stay!

Nice, spacious room with good seating area. The bathroom shower was amazing, with wonderful hot water pressure. We had a very nice view. The buffet had a wide range of choices and was all very tasty, especially the desserts!

Your holiday experience starts with looking for parking until they tell you that there is no hotel parking and you have to find the municipal one and pay it along with your stay. Then you find no coffee cups in your room and the bathroom door that closes with a terrible noise. When you ask to fix it, someone comes and tries to do something because you find your room really dirty but with no changes about the door. Generally, it's what you get as a service. There is dirt everywhere; the food doesn't match the hotel level. There is much more to say, but I think you get the point.

Despite having to wait two hours for our room to under go an inspection, it was still filthy and bed covers had balls of dust on them. Bathroom floor was filthy and the drains were clogged. At the salad through, I got pushed away by two aggressive women who would never consider waiting or queuing up politely. They offer free beer and wine but the wine is hideous and the Gold star beer tasted watered down compared to the bottle version. A two star hotel at a 5 star price in desperate need of major renovation.

The checkin experience was shockingly terrible. To make a long story short, this hotel doesn't care about anything except taking your money. There is no parking in the hotel or anywhere close, and the only parking you can find is for 150 shekels a day. The hotel is ridiculously full, even in pre-covid terms, and in covid terms it is outright scary. People are almost fighting to go into elevators. The food are deliberately slow so that people eat less (and contract covid more). The wifi is a sham and doesn't really work. The pool has more people than water.

The hotel in many ways is great. Rooms are good, facilities are good, the view over the sea is awesome. It is also a lovely place to wander round. But the restaurant is absolute chaos and for me was unsafe hence my score. It is noisy and quite nasty, but for me with a nut allergy, it was dangerous. Even with the chef coming out to communicate with me, I was advised I could eat food that actually contained hazelnut. When we spoke to the manager and he tried to suggest it was a mushroom. It was not, as my husband tried it. On the next night I had a reaction to another dish. Absolutely no clue about food safety and I wasn’t taken seriously.

Dear Guest Thank you for choosing to stay at the Leonardo Club Tiberias hotel of the Fattal Hotel Chain. I was glad to find out you liked the rooms and the facilities. All our staff members are extremely vigilant on the issue of food allergies and special requests. The kitchen staff and the chef are regularly trained on this topic. It appears that for some reason, we have fallen short on your case, although the chef and the manager you spoke to tried all they could to help you out. Our staff members will be informed about your case, for further study and improvement on the matter. I hope to see you again amongst our returning guests. Sincerely Shimon Aptekman Reception Manager

This hotel was horrible. The rooms and main areas of the hotel were filthy. The value for the money was totally off. We have stayed in all inclusive resorts all around the world, including Israel and this hotel was way below sub-par. We read reviews online and were excited to take our three kids. It was a huge mistake. The food was very basic and your choices of alcohol were very limited. Going to the restaurant was like the hunger games trying to get to the buffet. It was so bad that we checked out after one night. The only bright star was the staff, especially Anat the manager. We told her how disappointed we were and that we wanted to check out and she was helpful, kind and pleasant. She helped us secure our next 2 nights at U boutique Hotel, which is part of their group and it was amazing. Leonardo Hotel Club is no more than a 3 star resort at best.

Hundreds of tourists at a time at this hotel. Really close to the seaside.
The first room had amazing views but smelt so bad that we had to change rooms. The food here is a standard hotel buffet but with free drinks. All inclusive hotel including wifi. Probably a 3 star by western standards. Even has a heated pool.
Lifts were a nightmare. Had to press a button to reveal which lift to take but it was impossible to all fit in the same lift - unless a lift comes, you can’t continue to press other floors.

We did not encounter any laundry room at this hotel. They did provide expensive laundry service though. So bring some detergent and a rope line if you desire to hand wash underwear and socks. If your tour offers a Jordan extension, take it. The Jordanian side of the Dead Sea is awesome and Petra is a don't miss.
As I recall they did. In fact every hotel we stayed at in a 3 week Middle East trip did - even on our Nile cruise boat. This seems to be standard so you do not need to carry along that item plus any type of adapter/converter. Very convenient.
I was in the Middle East for 3 weeks and we stayed here for 2 nights. It was not my favorite hotel really. It was clean enough in the rooms, kind of worn. The dining room where we ate serves huge crowds and we did not find that area particularly clean but being with a tour group, this is where our meals were to be eaten. Biggest complaint here was noise for trying to sleep. An average hotel but clean enough at least in the rooms. Would not want to stay here more than a day or two though.
I do not believe so.
At certain hours they provide snack type food like french fries and chicken nuggets, and there is always ices and drinks available.
