This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in and I've visited 54 countries. My tour operator booked it and apparently it was expensive. The rooms were absolutely disgusting. The towels had blood stains on them - they didn't look laundered at all. The night table had some gooey unmentionable thing stuck to it. The air vents were black...

A good hotel in a nice area. Came here with friends and the check in process was a breeze and the staff was very informative and helpful. The views from a so amazing. There is a outdoor pool and hot tub which are big and fun to use.

Tour put us here 2 nights. Our room had view of Gallilee, which is nice. A mile walk to a grill to get a sandwich and further to town. Small rooms with thin sheets and thin towels. Buffet food quality below average. Our tour considers it 4-star but in the US it would be 2-star.

This is not a 4star hotel. 3 yes. But unfortunately you pay for a 4star. View from balcony rooms are nice and balcony is a big plus. Wonderful pool !! Breakfast ok. Rooms need a big clean and update. Bathroom not ok, missing towels, or towels with holes... Lots of noise in the hallway because of big families in multiple...

Stayed with our tour group here. The hotel is on a hill overlooking the Sea of Galilee, beautiful view from some of the rooms (but not ours). The pool area was GREAT ! Glad we had the meal plan at the hotel because there was not much around the hotel as far as restaurants. Room was clean and staff was...

Hotel were just not having guests. In fact I shared my breakfast table with 2 dutch families. They made an arrangement because there were hardly any guests. Israel I never found a rude staff staff, so was the case with this hotel. Person at the reception was friendly. Rooms are big, offers balcony and clean.

Arriving at the Golan hotel we were greeted by friendly staff and a spotlessly clean reception area. Our room had a wonderful view of the Kinneret and was spacious and comfortable. We had a beautiful balcony which overlooked the swimming pool. There is a spa that we did not use but the pool area was lovely and the pool was...

As a group, we stayed at the Golan Hotel. We were very well looked after and the room was clean and comfortable. What a delight! You can open the windows, so I switched off the air conditioning, opened the windows and curtains. What a delight it was to wake up to the sun rising over the Sea of Galilee. The...

This hotel is located on a hill overlooking the Sea of Galilee. It caters to tour groups and there are only 2 elevators so there is often a short wait. Our room was well equipped and comfortable. The restaurant is large and offers a very large choice of excellent dishes. Be careful to choose your room carefully. Rooms on one...

We came up for two nights to enjoy some time in Tiberias. Unfortunately the person who booked didn't research the hotel and blindly booked this hotel - huge mistake! Service is terrible, at checkin they made us several problems, and were extremely rude. The rooms were ok but we overpaid for the rubbish rooms we got. The shower is torture....
