Staff was very friendly, spaciously clean rooms, loved the bathrobes and slippers, wonderful food, breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of choices loved the omelette bar, and the fresh squeezed orange juice. Dinner buffet was also excellent.

We stayed at the antique room which was just amazing!, clean, very well decorated, spacious, with a high ceiling, located in an historical building from the 19th century. The Spa, including the treatments, was very professional and refreshing. The food at the hotel restaurant was also very good with a great atmosphere.

This is an elegant hotel overlooking the Sea of Galilee. It is owned by the Church of Scotland and has a definite Scottish feel. It is a former hospital so has a fun mojo there as well. The rooms are huge and the service is great.

We stayed at the hotel one night for our anniversary and it was just ok. We heard many good things about the place and by the time we left we were disappointed with the overall experience. The hotel is in a nice setting with a unique structure and that met our expectations. The food was ok, mediocre and not the food...

The Scots hotel is an excellent hotel. Don't let my title confuse you. Nice, big rooms, excellent spa, great breakfast and altogether, a very relaxed and friendly atmosphere in beautiful surroundings. However, when you book a room for 400US$ a night (and ours were not the most expensive rooms), at a place that consider itself unique, you (at least I)...

I wanted this weekend to be special. My partner and I have birthdays four days apart, and a friend had told me about weekend seminars on various subjects held at the Scots Hotel in Tiberias. I’d seen it but never stayed in it, because, to be honest it is not quite within my budget. But this was a special birthday...

I have been to Tiberias a few times in the past but while having noticed the Scots Hotel had never had a chance to stay here. On arrival the weather was unseasonable, it was raining, cold and windy. We were met with a hot toddy consiting of warmed cider with a generous helping of Grants Whiskey mixed in. That got...
