The hotel is located a little bit far from the city center and the promenade, on the hills (so take it into account if you plan to climb back by walk), but if you arrive there with the car, it should be not a big problem in such a small city like Tiberias. Sometimes, no enough parking places inside the hotel's place, but it's possible to find the parking lot for free in the nearby area. Reception of the hotel and service given to us was polite and supporting (including a big bottle of water and boutique chocolate). There's realy nice view from the hotel on the lake (Sea of Galilee, or Kinneret in Hebrew). The open pool is more like a big bath filled with water. The maintaince (especially of the bathroom) wasn't good enough. Not so welcoming smell, air conditioning issues, etc'. Overall, the room is very simple. Breakfast in the hotel was in very autentic oriental style (not regular breakfast like in most of other hotels in Israel), so who likes pita with za'atar, or other autentic spices should be really happy.

Had an amazing time in the music festival in Zemah junction. We got to the hotel basiclly just for bed and breakfast. Once we got there the staff offered us a free dinner at the hotel , free drinks and gave us some chocolates and wine to our room. They were so nice! The room was great , big, new and clean.

On arrival this hotel seems a bit out of the way. This on further inspection was true. If you walked down to the water it was quite a trek back up again. They don’t have maps as they know you can’t really explore much. It’s fine as a transit hotel to visit places by car, bus etc Whilst there at least one of the lifts broke down daily, some customers had issues with water gurgling up through the bathroom floor and occasional ant visits. You can’t complain about the vast array of food here or the waiting staff service. They were very attentive and the food was plentiful. My issue was they started packing food away at least 15 mins before closing time. I didn’t get to use the pool. I felt it closed too early. After a long day exploring it would be nice to have an evening swim. My room was huge. A bit noisy as at the front near the road. But I expected that.

Our room was certainly okay for the two of us, although very small with few electrical outlets. This made it a bit of a challenge for my hubby to use his CPAP machine. Thank goodness we brought some extension cords from home! The bed was quite comfortable and the bathroom, although small, was adequate. No place to hang your towels though. The pool was very small and only opened at 11 am and closed promptly at 6 pm. The included breakfast buffet was quite good with lots of healthy choices. This place is a bit far out from the Sea of Galilee which we also could not see from our room and other places that we would have liked to have walked to.

Positives: We received a warm welcome on arrival and given a newly refurbished room on the 10th floor with a lovely view. It wasn't big but it was a decent room - modern, comfortable and very clean. It was useful to have a safe in the room. The pool (and the pool area) were adequate but the chairs and loungers are basic. Towels are provided - it opens from 9am until 6pm. We really enjoyed the food. There was an incredible variety of options at both breakfast and dinner and it was all delicious and fresh. Negatives: -The location is poor unless you have a car. You're a 15 minute walk from Tiberias. The car park is very small and always full, so we ended up parking in the nearby streets (not too far away most of the time). -We were really happy to see a fridge in our room but sadly it didn't work. -The room had been recently refurbished but there was nowhere to hang towels (and I mean nowhere!) and there was no extractor fan in the bathroom, meaning that it got very steamed up. The shower sprayed across the bathroom floor which was a shame as it was a decent-enough shower. It just felt like a refurbishment had been done but not fully thought-through, or done very well.... Housekeeping was a bit bizarre - every day, bedsheets were dumped at the bottom of the staircases. You really wouldn't get this at any hotel aspiring to be a smart hotel... One very odd thing happened on our last day. We went to the pool for a quick swim before we checked out. The plan was to shower (using yesterday's towels) when we got back to the room, as I had been advised that the room wouldn't be serviced until we left. On returning to the room, however, ALL our towels had been removed, even though the room hadn't been serviced! Someone had literally come in and just taken the towels. It was bizarre and it made us late for our trip to the airport as we had to go to reception and get more towels. In summary, it's a decent place to stay and the food is nice, but it's a bit 'no frills' and ever so slightly chaotic....
