Intro: we planned an overnight stay at the hotel, thought it would be nice for my teenage kids to see and experience a little of a kibbutz. Had we known how nice it would be, we would surely have stayed longer! When: Dec2016 Who: Family of 4, w/ 2 teenage kids Pros: conveniently located, no more than 10/15 min from...

Went here with the whole family. Very child friendly. They had lots of cots, high chairs etc. The tour of kibbutz was not very good, but it was very cold. We did our own walk and that was nice. Only criticism would be that a children's play area (with soft play area like ball pond) would be really good. It...

Service The service was really good, staff was out to help. Accommodation We stayed in one of the newer rooms, it's an ok standard, I would've expected it to be a bit more modernized and is due for an upgrade, bathroom way too basic. There was a lovely garden off our room which was a big plus. Food It was...

This is the third or fourth time that we have stayed in Lavi and on the whole we were really happy. It's a great hotel with lots of facilities for kids and a safe environment. We were very comfortable for our 7yo to wonder around between areas of the hotel on his own which was a big bonus. Staff are...

Thanks for your nice words! Your comment about the food on Sunday and Monday have been forwarded to our Food and Beverage manager, although I think that Lavi as a rule allways serves only fresh food. Looking forward to seeing you again with us!

Took our two kids for Shabbat of Hannukah and had a wonderful vacation. So much food served at the meals and a tremendous variety. We had to have two rooms adjoined for the 4 of us. Very comfortable and great conditions . We were in Eden wing. They are very customer focused, and helpful. They offered a tour of the...

Thank you for your comments. Our management will do all they can in order to find out what happened. Of course one can't expect that cheaper rooms will have exactly the same high standard as other rooms, but we take your complaints very seriously and will do what we can to see to it that incidents of this kind will...

No travel agency I researched, including the one I booked a tour with, identify this hotel as Orthodox. Therefore, they have twin beds. When I called before we arrived to inquire, mgr. on duty told me because they are orthodox that's the way the beds are. He said he'd note my request at least for double bed. I contacted Israeli...

Glad to hear that you enjoyed your stay with us. Hotel Lavi welcomes everyone, regardless of his or her religious belief. I am not sure who the mgr on duty was who told you that Lavi is an orthodox hotel, however I am sure that what he had in mind was that we do have many Jewish orthodox guests who...

Stayed at Lavi with family, 9 people in total. The service was overall fantastic (although the waiter didn't know the difference between Amnon and Salmon!) Rooms were nice, very comfortable beds and decent bathrooms and views. Pool is okay, although indoors (only small outdoor kids pool) which was fine for night swimming but would have been a shame on a...
