We were with a group and were quoted two room rates. As it turned out, however, it was not at all clear that the higher priced rooms were better in any way. In general, it seems the room types and relative prices are confusing. Make sure you understand what type of room you are getting and why it is better... More

Our hotel is based on three different wings which all are connected, so there's no need to go out in order to reach the different places. The synagogue is accessible for mobility challenged, as the whole hotel. If you had asked we would have shown you the way. We are aware of the fact that some, but far from all... More

The hotel and grounds were fine (our room had a garden outlook) but don't go to this place if you are wanting service - you won't get any! We waited 20 mins in attempting to buy bottled water and wine from the bar and despite asking 3 times if there was anyone to assist us we were told that we... More

Dear Serena, Thank you for our review. The incidence in the bar is not the kind of experience we are used to give our guests, as you can see from the many positive reviews we receive. Your complaint has beed forwarded to the management, and we will definitely not let it happen again. The dining hall experience I do not... More

We stayed here 2 nights on a tour. The grounds were beautiful! We enjoyed nice breezy walks in the early morning and late evening. The rooms were nice. We kept having to ask for bath towels after room clean up though. We had a beautiful view from our room. Breakfast was delicious every morning. BUT unfortunately the dishes and glasses... More

The rooms, staff, and facilities were all great and comfortable. The outside areas were also well landscaped. The food was plentiful and not bad, but not nearly as good as when I stayed at the nearby Ginosar Hotel. So basically, better rooms, and wi-fi than the Ginosar, but not as good food.

My wife and I came for our 10 year anniversary. We normally stay at tzimmers when we go away but we wanted to relax as much as possible. Everything was great. Rooms were nice and clean. Prayer services were nice. Nice pool and lobby area. The food was excellent and better then we expected. We actually regret not eating dinner... More

Wife and I stayed here 3 nights as part of a tour group. We thoroughly enjoyed the experience - our room was clean, comfortable and quiet, with a balcony and beautiful views of the area. First of all, this hotel is very comfortable for religion family's. We've been there for the weekend and it was lovely ! moreover you have many places to visit around, Tiberius city is only 10 minute away - where you can shop, visit holy graves, swim and more ! To summarize in my opinion, this hotel is very good for... More

Thanks for your recommendations! Our hotel welcomes guests of all religions and all religious or non-religious beliefs. On weekends and Jewish holidays is our hotel in deed adapted to the needs and wishes of the Jewish orthodox community, but of course everyone is welcome. More

We asked our travel agent to book us into a kibbutz when we visited Israel so we could see this aspect of the country. Kibbutz Lavi did not disappoint and we were particularly pleased to have a lecture with a very open discussion about all aspects of the kibbutz system, good and less good. Our room was comfortable and our... More

When I first read TA, I found many negative comments about this place. We were on a tour and didn't have other options. But I was pleasantly surprised by the accommodations. The food was not great, but good and they offered a variety. Part of our tour was meeting one of the kibbutz members to discuss their daily life. Normally... More
