We came for 2 nights - a couple with 2 kids. The whole place looks amazing, very quiet and relaxing. The natural hot springs within the hotel property is very private, which is in contrary to the public hot springs area which are cowded and noisy. The restaurant: very small, however the crew is very friendly and the food is... More

This is a nice place for couples during the winter and i would avoid it in summer or with kids because of the thermal waters. It could be really great with a deep renewal- It has a potential to be a great and unique boutique hotel indeed . Spa , pools, restaurant and rooms need an urgent update.

We spent one night at the site. The small details were defective from the start.... We had to wait 15 minutes untill the parking gate was opened... Than, no bath robes were available. At the riom, the age of tge sute gave it signals.... The safe was defective and the handyman of the hotel did not succeed to fix it.... More

The natural spring Sulphur water is a True gem The hotel is on the other hand somewhat run down And not very impressive especially given the fact That it's priced at hundreds of dollars per night This is however your only option if you want to try the thermal water

I have been at this hotel 3 times over the past 6 years. My first visit about 6 years ago was pleasant. Since then the place has deteriorated. The hotel is located in a very unique location. A natural hot mineral spring in a roman antique site. For those who like hot springs it is a very special place. The... More

Great potential, but very sad maintenance,Wonderful team and try to give good service, but what can they do such a poor level of equipment? I think the investment is not too large can make this place a pearl, just good thermal waters

The hot water pools are great and well maintained. In the "regular" compound people are smoking freely, even in the water. The men's shower rooms were dirty. In the other compound, AKA Spa Village, the atmosphere is better, but again people are smoking freely though signs are forbidding this. The food at the Blue bar is below average. The shower... More

I was invited to for a two day get-away at Hamat Gader this week. I had been to the site but never stayed in the hotel at the Spa Village. Our reception was swift and we got our keys, towels and spa robes very quickly but after this pleasant surprise everything seemed to go south. The premises are not well... More

We enjoyed the spa treatments. Everything is clean and inviting, the pools are great. Expensive hotel, but very pleasant. Coffee and tea for the guests free of charge, clean showers with storage cells, pleasant attitude
