Which rooms do not have steps. Can king bed be made into twins or gan you give us separate blankets
Hi Doris, We are located in an ally, the upper part of the artist quarter . There are steps leading to hotel. The suits with steps are Mountain view and terrace. Best regards Almog

Agree with other answers. The best thing to do is park nearby, according to the hotel's instructions or Waze, and call them. Someone will come to your aid! All of Tzfat is like this, so, if you want to stay in the Old City, you will have to cope with inconvenience and a lot of steps.
