I stayed at the above hotel on two separate occasions for about 6 nights in total for work. Nice location close to the old town. For me personally... the young lady (Debbie) at the reception made a tremendous difference. Nothing was too much trouble for her, laundry, flowers, and she did it all with a smile... just part of her...

I enjoyed this hotel located in the center of Safed/Tzefat. The receptionist was wonderful: super sweet, friendly, and helpful. The room was cute, clean, and homey. The lightening was a little dark, but it did not bother me. Would come here again.

We paid way too much for our Deluxe room, which was not worth the extra money per night. Our family members had 2 other standard rooms and paid far less. All of our rooms were dirty. Don't walk barefoot as the floors were filthy! The food is kosher, but the dishes at dinner looked saucy and unappetizing. The Breakfast included...

What a beautiful location. Beautiful hotel terraces nooks and crannies. Sevices- non existent. Simple things like soap, not available. Tissues not available. Service in the restaurant not available. This is being run like a youth hostile. For a very expensive price.

Dear Dave, We would like to thank you for taking the time to write a review. We are sorry that the service provided to you was not satisfactory. This antique stone building has been converted into a pleasant hotel. Most of the rooms have lots of charm and character. Those with a view overlooking Mt. Meron are the most desirable, though some like the larger rooms that open on the interior courtyard. The pool is large and nice and the buffet breakfast is excellent. It gets a little...

I stayed there for a weekend. This hotel is Overpriced; unfriendly; inefficient desk; most rooms have a view of a parking lot. Front desk does not answer the phone. Food is basic. Shower is problematic. Will not return.
