The American family that own this property are very friendly, helpful, and interesting to talk to. Joy, one of the owners, even called after our departure to check on us! We had the smaller of the 2 apartments, which was very cute and well-equipped. We had a very nice outdoor patio to use. We very much enjoyed our stay. I...

Staying at the Artist Quarter Guesthouse was a superb experience. Our young children, ages 8, 6 and 2 were comfortable in their sweet beds/crib and the breakfast each morning was delicious with special care taken to meet the needs of our children. Joy and Evan were courteous and gave us wonderful recommendations about day trips. The room was warm, cozy,...

Fantastic! That is the first word that comes to mind when you first time enter this gorgeous accommodation. The beautifully decorated 300 years house with cosy courtyard would not leave anyone indifferent. The location is perfect - no annoying neighbors but in the center of old city within 10 minutes walk to all sights. Special thanks to the owners -...

We had a wonderful stay with Evan and Joy. They have a unique, beautiful and comfortable place. Their cooking is delicious. They give great travel tips. And Evan even gave us an illuminating lesson on the meanings of different names for God. It was our favorite place in Israel.

Joy Strauss greeted up with a glass or cold orange juice, and it only got better. The room is beautiful, tastefully restored, comfortable, quiet and immaculate. We stayed in the studio, where there are twin beds, a sink,a fridge and a table. Joy and her husband gave us detailed directions to see the high points of Tsfas. There's an outdoor...

This quaint, historic, cozy setting made my trip to Tzfat even better. I loved these two rooms so much that I returned, and brought my father from Manhattan here. He adored them as I did. On top of the amazing setting are the warmest hosts and their breakfast. This would be my regular retreat if I lived closer. A++++++

Joy and Evan are the perfect hosts. They've thought of everything to give you an authentic Tzfat experience - beautiful building down to the smallest of touches like the one-of-a-kind lighting. You get the spiritual ambience of this unique town, with its alleyways and authentic vaulted roofs, without giving up on a clean, modern feel. Breakfast is delicious. We intend...

A lovely couple runs this guesthouse which they renovated from the ruins of a 200 or more year old structure. It's charming. The facilities include kitchenette, with table and chairs, refrigerator, sink... The cabinet is stocked with some basic items as well. Breakfast is included and they very kindly cater to any dietary issues. I've stayed there twice and look...
