Our original room was unavailable to they immediately moved us to a nearby location that was excellent.. It was a suite with a kitchen, big bathroom and a nice bedroom, with a large balcony with a great view of the valley below.. Very clean and comfortable. A nice breakfast was provided m not to far away. I think they have... More

This room was in an excellent location. It had a breathtaking view of Safed. The place was nicely furnished. BUT this place felt like it wasn't cleaned in a long time. It had a bad smell. The couch was sticky. I was disgusted during my entire stay. & the breakfast is a minimal menu & really not appetizing!

Service was weird though, didnt actually see anyone justwalked in after another guest who gave me ladies cell mumber. She told me on the phone which room I should go to. Found room open with keys... This was simply the worse value and service hotel I have ever had the misfortune to stay at. I paid USD 360 per night and for this amount a reasonable standard should be expected. No receipt was given for the payment of the hotel fee paid in cash. This was requested three times The room was not made up and... More

This was our second stay at the hotel. We love the comfort and beauty of it! Each and every room is beautifully furnished! The balcony offers a gorgeous view of the galilee mountains. We will definitely stay there again in the future

We stayed for one night and had great time. The suite was quite big, well equipped and the view from the balcony was absolutely great. Zefat is very interesting and we enjoyed walking around the artists work shops. We also visited Rosh Pina which we found charming and had dinner( a lot of choice!)

Safed is very high up on the top of a hill so lots of driving, didn't realise but Safed is an artists location so if you pick your day right you can visit all the artists studios etc. Unfortunately we were there on the Sabbath when everything is closed (and thats EVERYTHING) -only thing open was a minimart and it... I was nervous booking Pelech Harrimon because I could tell that there was no attendant on site. We would be driving in from Haifa and I didnt want to be stranded outside especially in a challenging city to navigate in, Safed. But I call several times to remind Eti when I'd be arriving and she was there. Now the good... More

There was NO staff! Had to wait over an hour for someone to come and check us in. The entire three days we were there, NO ONE was there to offer any assistance. NO PARKING, had to feed the meter, and in three days, we got TWO tickets!! The free breakfast was about a 10 minutes walk to the restaurant,... More
