Nice restaurant with great view. The food was overrated and expensive though. Nice wine list. Dessert wasn't so great either. Yet worth a visit. Try to reserve a table at the edge of the balcony for the view.

Pina Barosh is mainly a restaurant serving many tables !! We did NOT review the hotel part ! We were served by Yarden who was really eager to make us happy !! Even when we asked for a change to one of their fixed menus she managed it ! The food was tasty and presentation interesting and decorative ! It... More

We ate here rather than in Safed on our second night in the town as the fact that all Safed restaurants are kosher does rather limit the scope for fine dining. It was a 50 NIS ride but well worth it. The views over the Jordan Valley and towards the Golan are stunning and there was a very pleasant feel... More

Wonderful restaurant with amazing view, the service was the best I've ever got (and I travel a lot). All the dishes were tasty, high quality ingredients, creative, I loved the first dishes and the main course. Even when my daughter asked to change the Ravioli they made it. I forgot the name of our waiter, but he served us in... More

Wow! What a perfect setting for lunch: an amazing view and excellent food. My husband had the 'perfect' steak beautifully presented and i had the 'green & sweet salad' which i can honestly say was just about the best salad i've ever had. On top of all that, the service was great - very friendly and comfortable. An absolute 'must'... More

We, my girlfriend and I, came here with plans to tour the area but fell in love with our room and the restaurant so ended up drinking rose looking out over the valley. The room was spacious, clean, comfortable, and charming. The restaurant was amazing; Israeli influenced fine dining. The entire place is well situated with beautiful art and history.... More

This is a beautiful comfortable, arty small hotel/ B and B. Set on a ridge overlooking the Galilee, its main public area is an open restaurant with an incredible view. The bedrooms are made of stone, filled with art work and each is a little different eg a table and chairs looking onto a courtyard, while others look out over... More

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
'Pina-Barosh’ is a family boutique domain at the picturesque restoration site of the artsy village Rosh-Pina. The stone building overlooking the wide Hulla valley, Golan Heights and Mount Hermon, was established in 1876 by Josef Friedman, the family's Great Grandfather, known as ‘Josef the Effendi’, and its upper floor is still occupied today by the sixth generation of the original settlers. The ground level of this unique building was once used as the farm livestock yard and been restored by Nili Friedman in 1991. Today the domain offers seven distinctive rooms, the reputable chef restaurant Shiri Bistro conducted by the daughter Shiri Friedman, and a professional Wine Bar specializes in the boutique local wines and wine tours of the Galilee and the Golan. ... more   less
