Nice place, good location and had a big bathroom, just there was so little warm water that I had to shower with cold water and that quite ruined it. Except for that there are some saftey/accessibility issues, some old, damaged or rusty equipment.

Response from BassamHakim, Owner at Al Hakim Guest House

Dear Ulibecker, Thank you for finding the time to write your review, 1)how it can be nice place and still have safety issues or rusty equipment?!! 2)the premises is 400 - 600 years old. 3)hot water we have 3 water heaters that have more than 450 Liters of Hot water, due to the old structure of the place, 400 - 600 years old, it takes some time for the hot water to come. in check in process I mention about hot water, that it takes some time, "wash your hands/ brush your teeth to make sure you get hot water" 4)when you say that its "nice place, good location, and had big bathroom...cold water that quite ruined it",, then add except for there are some safety issues", please make up your mind regarding what "ruined" you stay 5)We have all the needed licence to operate as a guesthouse, with all due respect "the safety/accessibility issue" direct your complain to the authorities.
