Dear guest, we intend to make every guest feel home even far from home :) Fauzi Azar building is a family mansion, and many of its characteristics are very home-style, especially the Liwan - the house living room with the painted ceiling from 1800. As we are located in the old city, from the street to the hostel, you will need to walk about five minutes that you won't regret as it is a beautiful, charming narrows streets. We hope to host you again. Your Fauzi Azar Team.

Nazareth is well worth an overnight stop and Fauzi Azar is a charming place in which to stay. Located in a sprawling Ottoman era home in one of the alleys of the Old City, it is small and friendly and offers clean, unique rooms and a simple, hearty breakfast. Guests can join a morning walking tour of small businesses and places of interest free of charge - this was a good way to meet local people and had the added benefit of helping us get some shopping done. We found the Arab-Israeli city of Nazareth friendly both to foreign visitors and to travellers from other parts of Israel. The city is experiencing a gradual economic revival, in part due to a growing reputation for moderately priced, high quality restaurant and cafe food. The Basilica of the Annunciation was a highlight of our visit. We had low expectations as it is a concrete construction built in the 1960s but were pleasantly surprised by the beauty of its interior, and by the contemplative atmosphere lacking from some of the other major churches in Israel. We warmly recommend an overnight stay in Nazareth (don't just breeze through on a tour bus) at the delightful Fauzi Azar Inn.

Third, breakfast is full and delicious. And the last, organized activities for guests, I took a tour around old city. I enjoyed staying at this place!
