I’ll start with the great and big plus of this hotel: Right on the beach, basic rooms are not that basic, they are invested and huge! With a separate living room& bedroom Unfortunately, other than that I don’t have any pluses to share… Cleaning needs to be improved both in and outside the room, daily cleaning even do not make the bad or check if you need to refill coffee and tea. We booked via Booking, check in time on reservation confirmation was 3PM (on Saturday) when called the hotel to make sure rooms are ready, they said that check in is only on 7PM! In the end rooms were ready around 5PM but they need to aligned with Booking ASAP on this Breakfast is not that reach and missing many things such as: butter, bread is dry, no napkins and everyone touch the bread when cutting it… one day there was no orange juice we had to pay for a bottle, next day there was a pitcher. Seems not that organized from the dinning room prospective 2 days a row no life guard on the outdoor swimming pool and almost up to 1PM the cleaning robot was in the pool until we asked to take care of this Inside pool allowing entrance for min of 18 years old - they do not mention this on their website so take this in account when traveling with kids. Reception and guest service are super slow (took 30 min to bring towels, had an emergency in the night 0 response in the reception, had to take the elevator down myself to get support) Overall it depends how much you pay for your stay, if i paid the weekend rate i saw it is definitely not a worth to your money in the current situation… Big (huge) potential, not completely there yet…

Great facilities, very good food & friendly willing to help stuff. Large rooms & amazing sea view. Located on a beautiful beach. You should definitely use the bike rental option to explore the magnificent area. Recommended!

We booked a deluxe suite for 2 people on bed and breakfast basis only. Plenty of space with TV in bedroom and another in the sitting area.. Decent sized balcony overlooking pool and sea and in the distance the Carmel mountain range in Haifa. Overall extremely comfortable although the furnishings seem tired and in need of updating. The staff were very friendly and the buffet breakfasts offer a wide and plentiful choice of dishes.

Despite a recent (or, so they said) rehab of this property, it's still looking worn and tired. Seating in our suite was stained. Bed spread frayed. Bath situated in bedroom (?) would only fill about 5 cm, then water shut off. I mentioned all this to desk staff and got a look like "okay, what do you want me to do about it." Unfortunate as Israel is marketing to foreign tourists as "ready". This place showed me they are far from ready.

We stayed 2 nights, 6 adults and 6 children. Received great family rooms well equipped (coffee corner including espresso machine, fridge, 2 TV sets, comfortable beds and sofas, safe, extra pillows, clean towels every day and refill of shampoo, gel and body lotion). Staff friendly and very helpful. Good location Excellent breakfast despite COVID-19 restrictions
