We arrived as a family, a couple and two children
The reception process was quick and helpful
At the reception we were met by cute dolls, drinks and cookies which is nice

But the rush at the reception is very oppressive at the same time people check out.

Pet room but very small and lacks the basic things in a hotel that presents itself as 5 stars
Missing, bottles of water, kettle coffee and tea as in a normal hotel and even this is available in a 3-star hotel, therefore disappointing. Untasty and varied lunches.

The beautiful and amazing thing is the entertainment team!
The kids really enjoyed themselves and that's what's important

Came yesterday to this hotel, at noon. At the reception desk which was separated for regular guests and others, we were welcomed by someone whose name is Racheli, and later we found out she's the CEO here. As we waited patiently for our 2 rooms to be clean, she was dealing with other guests. Very efficient and after few minutes we got our rooms.
After a while room service knocked on our door, and brought us a bottle of wine, 2 glasses of wine, and a set of seasonal fruits - per room. We told the room service this is a mistake since we didn't ask for it and he told us it's for VIP. At that point, we insisted that it's a mistake since we're definitely not VIP but he told us it's not a mistake. Suspicious we said ?
Anyway, at evening as we sat to eat at the dining room, I saw Racheli and told her about the incident, then she said it's not a mistake and not peculiar since she decided to give us a VIP gift because we waited at the reception desk too much time. I can assure you it was 4-5 minutes at the most, of waiting there.
At that point I understood it was the nice face of the staff, the good and dignified behaviour, the European welcoming style and as we came back now, after we've been here a year ago, we surely are going to be here in the future.
You see, it's not only the hotel is located outside Eilat, it has plenty things for kids to do here, good food, not to much although we have FB basis. It's the welcoming staff of this lovely hotel that bought us at the pick of our hearts...

The whole family is at the hotel this week. Not the most luxurious rooms I've come across, but definitely a guest experience and service among the best I've encountered! Every smallest request was answered immediately and wholeheartedly, every corner a cleaning person, an abundant dining room and excellent food. But the best is the service. I really haven't come across such a generous service, with the face to the guest, with a crazy sense of service and a real desire to make the guests happy. Well done to them!

Hotel at the level of a hostel, beds are really planks, the children's bed is generally broken, pillows and blankets are stale. Not clean, everything is sticky and full of flies. The public areas of the hotel are very small in relation to the number of people, the crowd pushes queues and noise. A crowded and crowded dining room. Public toilets are filthy and there is often no toilet paper, even when asking, basic requests are not answered. I really recommend running away, I won't be coming back here

Unfortunately, our experience was really unpleasant. There was no free parking at the hotel, we parked inside the hotel complex and received a parking report. None of the hotel staff informed that reports are given inside the hotel parking lot.
We didn't have hot water for two days, only on the second day they bothered to come and fix the water. My son threw up in the dining room apparently from the food and no staff member came to help.
The air conditioner in the children's room barely cools. In short, not recommended. Very exorbitant price and not worth the experience.

Delicious and varied food. Really, it's a crazy bright spot for the hotel. Great lunches and dinners!
Most of the employees try very hard to be courteous, although the fatigue and impatience with Israeli insolence is definitely evident in some of them.
And now the rescue measure! Problematic cleanliness standard. The bins in the room are not emptied every day if you don't ask, coffee cups are not changed, cigarette butts are scattered in the room yard. Ants are hanging around the bathroom sink, sheets are not changed, the very small refrigerator in the room is dirty inside. It sucks to be like this for a week feeling unclean (luckily I brought bleach cloths from home to clean toilets and I'm not a cleanliness freak, but there are basic things that must be clean).
A mediocre water park that only opens at 10 am and closes at 6 pm. The light continues at least until 7 pm, too bad.
On the days we were there, groups from outside came to both the pool and the park, which added to the already long queues and the congestion in the outdoor pool. We gave up these days and drove outside the hotel.

In short, medium minus and at this high cost it would probably have been better to fly to Cyprus or Greece.

We booked a 4 night stay which cost us almost $6000, the room is tiny, the private pool is tiny and the water are cold. We had the electricity go down periodically and no one figured out the problem. There’s water damage signs on one of the walls, the door to the bathroom does not close, room service went into our room although we had the privacy sign on the door. The reception desk is not able to take care of the amount of people checking in or out, we waited 1.5 hours to talk to someone. The food is not more then ok. The only good thing a loud this hotel was a lady name Adi that tried everything in her power to help us but I don’t think she has much to work with.
I can go on with more things but I think you got the point, do yourselves a favor and go elsewhere.

The hotel located 1 minute north to Eilat. near Eilot Kibutz.
Its a very nice hotel! Not the fancy one, but it's not telling it is. All rooms and other main structures, like swiming pools, dining room and so on, are clean and well maintained.
The hotel has a main building with the dining room, indoor pool (outdoor pool is right next to it), kids club, lounge and theatre. The rooms are spread over the vast garden, which feels nice, like a small guest house style, just big.
About the food - All inclusive! 3 meals a day, and pool's restaurant, ice cream, pizza and so on.
The service at the hotel is very good. The representatives are doind the best they can.
The crowning glory of the hotel is, of course, the attached water park. For the kids - it is heaven.

Points for improvement - The lines for the reception desk, and even for the food in the dining room, are sometimes extremley long. You must do what you can to make it shorter.

The good: great place for children. Countless activities all through the day, combined with water park, the indoor and outdoor pools and the kids club and the “all included” meals makes this place a great one for families.
However many things require improvements: first, rooms could be cleaner. Second, the staff rarely wears face masks which is annoying. Third, the water in the water park are freezing so don’t go there in the morning or in the winter months. It also should be noted that the water park is not for hotel guests which makes it quite crowded in holiday seasons

Excellent service, comfortable rooms. Medium and low food. Good breakfast, terrible lunch, tolerable evening. The main problem is the water-- 20 degrees measured. frozen. empty pools. The water park is mostly small children's facilities are empty because the water is frozen. So why pay such a high price?

Reviews are mixed. Is the outside pool open in February 2017 ? Or is it closed for the winter. Thanks
Answer from Avi Haddy

I have checked this with public relations in the hotel and the answer was that at the moment on feb 2017 the outside pool will be closed. They advised you to call them before making the reservation. There phone no. Is +97286305333. In anyway on February it usually cold and there is an indoor pool. So I think you can enjoy your self there.
