We spent 2 nights during October, the reservation process was complicated and they seemed to be very confused and their availability was not very good. The promise to call us back few times and eventually we had to call again in order to secure the rooms. In general all the facilitie with dinner and breakfast is fair. We can recommend...

SPNI Field School Ein Gedi was founded in the 1950ies and it is yet one of the best ever. I have known this place since 1983. the Place didn't change much which is for the best (except for indoor refurbishing). In the room you have everything you need: coffee set, showers and two toilettes, a small fridge and a basin...

The location can't be beat, and what else would you be looking for in this area? I took advantage of the dinner and breakfast which were very good. Try to get to the meals early or late because the kids at the school take over for about 20 minutes. Although I was there alone, the room can easily sleep five...

In one of the most beutiful areas of Israel I suggest waking up early at least one morning to see the amazing sunrise. Sit someplace with a great view (the parking lot is a good choice) You can walk to the nature reserve, but walking back can be difficult, because it is uphill back to the rooms (not recommended if...

I stayed at the Ein Gedi Field School for a study retreat and was pleasantly surprised. First of all, if you have a choice, I do not recommend visiting Ein Gedi in August. It felt like an oven. The rooms were adequate. I think they sleep five or six, with 1 1/2 bathrooms. The shower was the type that you...

Stayed in a 5 bed dorm- basic, but adequate. Nice that there was a small fridge and a kettle. Location is great for exploring the dead sea area and the views from the field school are super beautiful. The biggest that we had was upon arrival and discovering that they didn't have a reservation for us on record even though...

Basic clean accommodation in detached cabins with beds and bunks - mine sleeps 4, but I'm there by myself. Once you make up a couple of beds, it's quite cosy. Dingy nets on the windows, and the bottom of the wooden door post is decaying in the shower area - but the location is fantastic, and the accommodation is inexpensive....

Nice clean place with basic rooms. No wifi on the room so back to basic. Good breakfast. And a 20% discount card for the recreation place in the close area. The view over the Dead Sea is very nice. And in the evening you can enjoy the stars:) This place has everything for a good Dead Sea experience

A place like no other, the ibex roam about freely and you're in the midst of a desert oasis. Rooms are clean and have all the functional furnishings you need(Fridge, coffee corner). Meals were also quite good(breakfast and dinner). A lovely view of the dead sea. Mind that you need a car for this spot because it's quite a climb...
